Small store with small inventory but they have all the essential and surprisingly decent selection. If you need something, they can order it for you too and call you once in. The staff is super helpful, friendly and welcoming. I enjoy each time I go.

This location is super convenient with other great new stores and restaurants around it. It’s easy to get in and out of there with a large parking lot in front. Traffic through that area is steady but never feels crowded.
The appearance of the store is that it’s well maintained and clean. It’s a pretty small store, but I think that they did a pretty decent job with the selection of inventory. They had pretty much everything we normally get for our puppy except for the feed that we use, Fromm’s. They said they could potentially carry it in the future.
The staff overall was good. There was one lady who was super friendly, asked if we needed any help, let us know that we can order anything if we don’t find it there (except Fromm’s), and info about the loyalty program (more details on that below). The other guy gave our puppy a treat and was super nice to him.
The real selling point for going back here is the loyalty program. Most cases I just don’t care to enroll in things like that, but the deal is that if you buy 12 of a type of feed then you get the 13^th free. For buying a 30 dollar feed which is average price I’ve seen, to get one free is great. Id say that generally speaking that prices are pretty comparable to other places I’ve been and surprisingly most of the stuff we got was cheaper than Amazon.
Anyway, if you leave nearby, I’d at least recommend this place to get the feed to get that 13^th bag free!

This store used to be awesome. There are a lot of pet stores in the area that carry natural pet foods (Bothell Feed, Mud Bay, etc.), but this place stood out thanks to its amazing staff. They were always so friendly, good-​natured, and personable, and helped me out so much when I adopted a very young kitten still requiring KMR. As my kitten grew, they continued asking me about her and how she was doing. They knew my name and treated me like a friend. Then, I moved away and stopped being able to come as frequently as I used to. When I recently came back to the area, I decided to stop by, pick up some pet food, and say hi, but was surprised to find that everything had been revamped.
The new layout is actually pretty cool – you see where everything is the minute you walk in. It’s very open and easy to navigate. But the new staff are abysmal. I don’t know what happened to all of the immensely sweet people who used to work there (I know that the manager moved over to a pet store in Lynnwood, but everyone else???), but the people who replaced them have clearly never worked customer service before. I’ve been there twice and both times they treated me like I was ruining there day just by being there. They’re abhorrently unfriendly.
Mud Bay and Bothell Feed are both cheaper than this place but I used to stop in just for the great customer service. Now that they have essentially customer service, I have no reason to come back.

There are many great pet stores in the area so I can get my food, leashes, toys etc at any of them. What should set a store as special is when I can shop for my babies and get something special for them. Disappointed that they don’t carry bakery treats. A great staff, very friendly. lovely store, but just like any other. I expect good customer service, which this store has. 3 stars because there are many other stores where I can get special treats but not in this one.

I stopped in because I happened to be getting groceries at the Safeway next door after running errands nearby and needed dog food. This store is very small but they have quality goods and some fun dog treats like duck and chicken feet (my girls love those, they may look gross but they make the pooches happy!). The employees are super friendly and seem really happy and they have a rewards program. If you have to buy food and treats for your pets you might as well get something out of the deal, right?
This area is great. We have our choice of so many great pet stores. There’s no need to go to a big chain. It’s hard to stay loyal to one of the small great ones though!

This store has a great staff. All are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store only sells the higher end brands, no Purina Dog Chow there and their prices on other items are comparable in price to the big box stores.

I live within walking distance of this store, So I come in pretty frequently with questions about my new puppy. Everyone is very friendly, especially Stacy and Wendy. Stacy was able to help me on the on the phone and in person with my picky chihuahua. She helped me pick out just the right food that my puppy loves!

Pet Pros use to carry the latest for pets and those hard to find items. Not anymore.

All the staff I have talked to at both the Mill Creek and Bothell locations make service very personal and are very friendly and eager to help. They have gone out of their way to fill special requests for me, and are willing to take the time to talk with you about what you’re looking for.

Pet Pros across the board is pretty awesome. I am always impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the people who work here. Even though they seem to be slightly pricier than Petco and Pet Smart, (and now, farther away) it’s definitely worth the hike to get here.
They have a great rewards program that when you buy x amount of bags of dog food, you get one free. Pretty great when it’s something that you have to buy a lot of anyway and can get a whole bag for free!
The woman working there showed us these cat toys that look like little chinese finger traps. They’re supposed to be for cats but you turn them into springs and boing them everywhere. I thought she’d get kind of annoyed when I sprung a bunch of them and they went all over the store… and I didn’t pick them up. But she just laughed and said that she does it all the time. I like this place already. :)
