Northshore Midwives & Lactation Consulting is a practice dedicated to women that offers complete care during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, including an additional specialty in breastfeeding. I am committed to providing personalized and holistic care to women and their families based on their specific needs and desires. I maintain a small practice to ensure that my clients are getting the personalized care they deserve. This policy lets me see my clients more frequently and with longer visits, which allows me to build relationships with my clients and is the foundation of midwifery care. I offer both natural birth and water birth in either a home or birth center setting.

Business Owner

I wanted to be a «doctor who delivers babies» since I was young, «a calling» some would say. As a child, I did not know what a midwife was, but I have always been interested in pregnant women, birth, babies and breastfeeding. I started my midwifery journey at Central Washington University, working towards a BS in Pre-​Midwifery, a degree that I helped to develop with my advisors. I continued my education at the Seattle Midwifery School, earning a certificate in midwifery. Upon graduation, I enjoyed catching hundreds of babies while working at the Puget Sound Birth Center and the Eastside Birth Center. Additionally, I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I genuinely love my career as a midwife and lactation consultant. Outside of raising my own children and having a family, I have discovered that there is nothing I would rather do than assist women and their families during the miraculous time of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
