Nancy Pipinich – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’d like to take this opportunity to recognize Nancy Pippinich and her entire team at State Farm in Bothell. They provide customer service that is second to none. Nancy is passionate about her clients and always puts their needs first. Her vast knowledge of the insurance industry combined with her trustworthiness guarantees me that I am in the best possible hands. She takes a personal interest in helping me to select the best policy to suit all my needs, and I’m happy to be a part of the State Farm family.

I am beginning to suspect that the concept of customer service is hugely different between where i moved from in Colorado and here in Washington! My State Farm agent in Colorado absolutely puts this place to shame.
Nancy’s office is more than happy to pick up the phone and take your money for payments, setup new services for you, or even the basic changes. However, as soon as an issue comes up that requires them to do anything more than the basic service, they fall apart.
I have been trying to get a billing related issue resolved for over 3 months now, and there is absolutely nobody in this office that understands the concept of customer service. I have to constantly follow up with them, and they actually tell you «You should follow up with me in a couple of weeks». They then tell me that they need to work with my old agent to get a matter resolved and that I don’t need to do anything. A month goes by with no follow up and I reach out, they hand me off to someone new. The new person proceeds to tell me after 3 months, you need to follow up yourself with your old agent.
Absolute disgrace. I have been with State Farm for 20 years, and I am so fed up with this situation that I am honestly considering leaving State Farm all together.
Strongly recommend you find yourself another agent and do not get in with this office.

The customer service here is amazing! I made the mistake of switching because I thought I could get a better rate… boy was I wrong! Not only did it turn out to be the same amount, I always got an automated system when I called, and no one cared about me! Sally Rutherford, and agent at Nancy Pipinich walked me through every step of canceling, and then re-​opening when I came running back.
Sally has walked me through many mini-​crisis in my life regarding my insurance, and I can always count on her to give me sound, honest information.

Need customer service? Keep looking. I’m moving from out of state and needed to make an insurance change– they told me to use my insurance agent from ANOTHER STATE for car insurance in Washington… And the office wasn’t even busy. find someone who wants your business.

Nancy is Fun to work with along with her Friendly staff!

I love Nancy. We have had her for our insurance for over 10 yrs. My mom uses her and she has been very happy too. Nancy is easy to deal with and her office support are very friendly. Even though we may be able to get cheaper insurance elsewhere. We would not even bother. You just do not get that great customer service these days like you get from Nancy. That is very important to.

Nancy’s office team is great. Helpful with every question and issue I asked. I know many people that Nancy also knows and she is highly respected both professionally and personally.
