Chris Jones – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’m not the type of guy who would go on Unilocal to review about an insurance spot, but this place’s atmosphere just made me wanna do it. I just moved here from Las Vegas, NV (keep in mind Vegas is a very money hungry city. I mean. Who wins at gambling.?) and was paying nearly $ 300 a month for insurance. I’ve never been in an accident or received a ticket before and prices are that high in Vegas. Called up these guys just to get a quote and to humor my curiosity. Jordan was the guy who answered and he was the guy who delivered. He did his thing, looked up some discounts, and brought up some insurance lingo and is saving me about $ 150 a month!!! With a better premium for my auto, life, and renters I’m only paying about $ 150 a month! What?! Take that to GEICO and see if you can save more. Get the hell out of the way FLO, cause someone better can save you even more money. Chris and Jordan is running this joint! By the way, these guys are into marvel, Star Wars, and well played out jokes. Couldn’t ask for a better agency to hook me up. If I didn’t have a job and if it wasn’t weird to hang out at a State Farm agency office. I would. Check these guys out and see what they can save for you!

Their service is quite good, but didn’t satisfy me.
I gave them 3 because Devan finally reached me and ask me why I wasn’t satisfy with their agent and how could they improve their service. I’m impressed with her work and how to engage her customer really well. I recommended her as your state farm agent if you choose this agent.
However, I wasn’t satisfy with the marketing coordinator who asked me to confirm my grades with an advisor signature. I asked the coordinator to send me again the form because I couldn’t open it in my iPhone and computer. In addition, I don’t receive any form until today! It’s been 2 weeks and there is no form! Furthermore, it’s time consuming to see an advisor for the confirmation etc and of course waiting the coordinator send me another form! It’s better to give me another solution to settle this matter than ask me to wait this long!
Here’s what I think, it’s up to you to choose this agent or not. There is always things that you like and you don’t like from every agents.

To describe in one word: Awesome. In many words: Chris goes above and beyond as your insurance agent. Making those big decisions such as life insurance is made easy with him. He didn’t just throw packages and numbers at me, but got to know me and my wife personally to evaluate our needs, then explained everything in detail enabling us to make the best decision for ourselves. I wasn’t planning on doing a quote comparison but he encouraged it, which then I found out his rates could not be beat. It’s hard to find any place of business that provides quality service and a good price at the same time. I feel like I gained a friend knowledgeable in insurance more than gaining just an insurance agent.

You will never find an insurance agent that works harder and longer for you, answers all your questions and makes you understand exactly what your getting and paying for. Chris Jones helped me start my policy and unlike others, is there for you after you’ve signed up. Driving past his office seeing him there at 9pm, really shows his dedication to his clients and that’s not something you see everyday.

Chris and his Team are awesome. I cant thank them enough for taking care of me. They gave me a quick and accurate quote over the phone after i went online and i saved a ton of money. Its great to know that they are responsive.
