My wife and I just moved into a little Rambler that we bought. One of the biggest problems with the house, according to the inspection, was the roof. It appeared that it only had about a year, maybe 2 left in it.
I was worried about having it pressure washed as it had already aged so much. I have read in many places pressure washing is bad for your roof, even if it isn’t old. I called Chad from Element Softwash and he was able to give me some excellent advise. Once we agreed on price, his crew came out in a very timely manner. Not only did they make my roof look excellent, but they went above and beyond and cleaned some of my exterior siding. (That wasn’t even in the bid!) From the looks of it, my roof will last longer than two years now.
In summary, I highly recommend Chad for residential roof cleaning as softwashing is much more gentle than pressure washing, and he seems determined to keep his customers satisfied.
