Bothell Natural Health was previously Bothell Naturopathic Clinic which was owned and operated by Dr. Helen Palmer for nearly 30 years. Dr. Christine Bowen took over the practice in 2007 and has since been working to carry on the tradition of helping people achieve optimal health and wellness using natural medicine.

I love how Dr. Bowen approaches autoimmune and gut conditions! Dr. Bowen does a great job in helping you understand the relationship between your diet and health habits and your overall health. She can offer solutions for anyone, and truly listens to your questions concerns and addresses them. My health issues have been so much better since seeing Dr. Bowen. The doctors I saw before were not able to address my concerns and had no further options for me besides a Rx, which wasn’t finding the solution to my problem (gut and thyroid issues). Highly recommended over the regular Dr’s office.

Dr. Bowen is one of the most dedicated providers you could ask for. She understand that a program only works if the patient is able to be compliant, so she will work extra hard to find a way of getting what you need. Tired of taking too many supplements? She will help you find dietary alternatives if they are available. Can’t stand the taste of blueberries? Maybe there is a supplement that can provide the same benefits. She has done more to help me with my chronic health problems than dozens of «regular» doctors I have seen over the years.
