This company did everything they could to help me repair a damaged floor in my kitchen and dinning room. They responded quickly and arrived on time. They inspected the damaged and discussed ways to cut down the cost if possible. There were some very difficult areas to cover around the doors since this is an old house with very uneven floors and dimension. They made three try’s in some very difficult areas around the doors to make sure everything looked good which amazed me. I highly recommend this company to any one redoing floors in the Seattle area.

I hired Andrey’s company to install hardwood floors and base boards. They arrived on time, assessed the job and began work right away. The crew worked very hard throughout the day without delay. They had the skill to trouble shoot and resolve minor issues that arose during the job and their attention to detail was second to none. I was very happy with the work they did and would hire them again without hesitation.

Great customer service and they did a great job on our vinyl flooring. Looks amazing and a great refresh to our home. We picked out our flooring and within a week a crew was out installing. It only took a few hours and they did a stellar job.

I needed carpet for our rental property quick! Eric had worked on our house a few years prior and we remembered what a great experience we had, so I called him. We arranged a time that worked for my schedule, which is great since I am a busy mom. Eric showed up with the samples and tools to measure my apartment, within the hour we knew which carpet and what the cost would be. I was so happy that he came to me and I didn’t have to waste time going to a big box store to get this done. I would use this company again, no question!

The carpet installers arrived on time and were professional and friendly as well. they did a fabulous job installing our carpets and remembered every detail I asked of them and then cleaned up after themselves perfectly; another great team of Keegan and Dave. Eric was very courteous when we went to the store to pick out carpet. Shared pros and cons of different carpet types and allowed us to take home samples to see how the different carpet colors looked in our house with our newly painted walls. Extremely flexible and nice as we continued to add on rooms. We were originally only going to carpet 3 rooms and ended up doing most of the house. They rearranged their schedule to provide for the ordering and delivery of new carpet and changed their installation dates to meet our needs.
The installers, Alberto and Manuel, were extremely professional and courteous and knew what they were doing. Hard to find any seams even though we know there must be some somewhere.
Would definitely use them again.

We visited the showroom of Seattle Style flooring in Ballard which is a sister company of 4 Star Flooring for our basement hardwood project. Scott was great at explaining the +s and –s of each type of flooring for a basement. We decided to go with the 10 mm Laminate. During the measurement, Scott and the Installer pointed out limitations so I knew upfront on what it would look/​feel like. Harry Completed the job in 2 days in Record time and it is Perfect. I am so glad I went went Seattle Style flooring/Andy’s 5 star based on Angies list. I highly recommend them for any Wood flooring jobs. Kudos, Andi

We hired Andy’s 5 Star Flooring to replace all the carpeting in our house, and they gave us a very competitive quote, and the installation guys were really good and fast. The carpeting looks fantastic. Every aspect of this job was excellent, including the sales team (who really know their stuff). Yes, we looked at the competition too (including Home Depot, with their install special), but too many issues, and long scheduling delays. Andy’s was able to get in and do the job very quickly. I’m so glad we went with them.

I called on ³⁄₁₉ to find out about getting an estimate, George came out the following day on ³⁄₂₀. He was fast/​efficient with his measurements for our condo. He told me that he would email me an estimate hopefully by the next day if not later that day. boy was I pleasantly surprised to receive two written estimates via email just a few hours later.
Since this was our first carpet purchase, we wanted to do our due diligence and shop around. We attempted getting estimates from 3 companies. We ended up getting measurements from 3 companies but only 2 of those companies followed through with providing an actual estimate. Andy’s was the only one to provide a WRITTEN estimate.
Since we were in a time crunch, we went into the showroom to see how soon we could get carpet installed. Other bigger companies (ahem Empire) may make you believe that smaller companies won’t be able to get your carpet installed for weeks… we went in on Tuesday ³⁄₃₁ and they said they could get our carpet in Saturday ⁴⁄₄. That sealed the deal for us… support a local business and get speedy installation! The next day George called us back to see if we wanted our carpet installed on ⁴⁄₂. WIN!
Andy’s uses installers to install their carpet so you will have to pay Andy’s for the material and then the installers for the labor, but the installers are also fantastic! Alberto called us before he left the warehouse, met us at our condo and called us to let us know when they would be finished. They did a great job installing and even cleaning up afterwards.
I cannot say enough good things about Andy’s 5 star flooring. If I ever need carpet again (which I hope won’t be anytime soon) — we’ll definitely start with them!

Just got carpet installed by Andy’s on 3÷13÷2015. The whole process was very easy and the install went smoothly. They were in and out in 1.5 hours for 3 bedrooms and it looks amazing. They have a lot of options to choose from and I highly recommend them.

Hired 5 Star Flooring to replace carpets in three rooms a little while ago. We were living in the home, but thinking about purchasing another and keeping it as a rental. They helped us think through the types of carpet padding best suited for the rooms, as well as, appropriate carpet material for a rental.
They were very professional, personal, and got the carpet installed quickly and efficiently. I’ll be using them again in the future.

STOP! Whoever you are getting flooring bids from — go no further. New to the area, we naively chose another flooring company in Lynnwood (Summit Interiors). That work is now being ripped up: laminate, baseboards, everything. Prior to this, we called in Andy’s 5 Star for an opinion on what we felt were «problems» with our installation. 5 Star sent an extremely competent craftsman with extensive experience; he diagnosed all the mistakes made in our entire condo. (Yes, we replaced all the flooring in our new condo. These people know the flooring business. They are not only competent, they offer reasonable prices, quality materials and professional installation.
There is no other choice — unless you want to make the mistake we did and now have to move out while our condo flooring and baseboards are demolished, the cement floor properly leveled, and then the flooring totally reinstalled properly. We are incurring moving, storage and hotel lodging expenses due to Summit Interiors.
If only we had known about 5 Stars!!!
