I have been a long time customer and I feel like A Plus is a family to me. They are ALWAYS ready to help me and make me feel at home. I LOVE everyone in the office! I’m profoundly Deaf and it’s hard to find a loaner hearing aid powerful enough for me. But they always come through for me! When I need a repair, they take care of my «sick» hearing aid immediately so I can get it back asap! I can always count on them. I moved far away from A Plus and there are many other hearing aid places near me but I am WILLING to drive an extra 30 minutes to A Plus! It’s just an amazing place. I refer everyone to them. Thank you for many years of wonderful service and amazing people! We love you!

I’ve previously purchased hearing aids somewhere else and have never been satisfied. A friend gave A-​Plus a glowing recommendation so I tried them out. Wish I would’ve heard about them 10 years ago. I can now hear in a group of people and participate socially again. It has been wonderful to work with professionals who really know what they are doing and who who took the time determine what was best for me. Thank you A-​Plus!
