As Boston’s best multi purpose fitness studio, STUDIO U was created from the idea that you should be able to get a whole-body workout without joining multiple gyms. We focus on three primary disciplines: Strength & Cardio, Core & Flexibility and Dance.
STUDIO U offers small group fitness classes in a boutique setting with the top instructors in the field. Try something new or fine tune your favorite workout in our welcoming social atmosphere.
We are currently offering Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, Dance, and Boot Camp at BOTH locations!
History
Established in 2015.
We are the same location as All One Yoga, just newly renovated, new name, a NEW location, and some great new classes and class times!
Meet the Manager
Katie F.
Manager
Katie found yoga over a decade ago after a long time of running, spending hours at the gym and working a stressful Customer Service job. Yoga, at first, was just a way to de-stress, try something new, and get in a good sweat. But it quickly turned into a daily practice that was much more. She realized that her practice was not only helping her find some clarity, but also aided in her running and other sports that she played. Katie became a 200 hour certified power yoga teacher in 2008, and has been teaching full time for over 5 years. Teaching others how amazing yoga is, how it can improve your health, and complement other fitness classes is Katie’s reason for coming back to the mat day after day.
