Staff were fighting about the last customer and what they wanted when I walked in to browse and see if the dresses were as nice as other places on the street and was sorely disappointed to find that the fabric was not nice to the touch and the price of everything I looked at was over $ 200.00

I was okay with shopping at this store until I needed to return the dress that I purchased over a week ago. At that time, the owner of the store told me that I could return it if I wanted to. However, today she told me their policy was store credit only. There is nothing else in the store that I want to buy, as I think the clothes are cheaply made and over-​priced.
She is not concerned with honesty and providing good customer service. She was giving me the «hard sell» when I was in her store last week and she never disclosed her «store credit» policy. When I asked her today where it was posted she said on the checkout counter. I looked everywhere and it was hidden behind a bunch of jewelery.
I asked her again for a full refund and she said she couldn’t do it because she’s had so many customers who damaged her clothes and worn them, then tried to return them. The dress I bought still had the tag on it, and it clearly had never been worn, as it was still wrapped in the paper.
This is a shady way to run a business and I do not recommend shopping there. The owner doesn’t really care about the customer, she only cares about how much money she make off of them.

What a find this store is! I walked into here and could have bought half the store. There is a beautiful selection. The styles were really exciting and I found the fit very good. The material and designs were typical for much more expensive clothes that I have seen in Saks and Neiman. Help at the store was very pleasant and they seem to know exactly what I was looking for. Their suggestions were right in line with what I was interested in. I could have bought each of them. They also have a great jewelry selection.
Go out of your way to visit this store. This is my new favorite.

I was extremely disappointed by my shopping experience here. After seeing a dress advertised on a mannequin at the storefront, I walked in to ask to try it on. I was told that they only had one XS size, the one on the mannequin, but that the salesperson would get it for me. As I was looking around the store, I overheard another person ask about the same dress, which I had asked about already. However, I was under the impression that the salesperson was already getting it off the mannequin for me as promised. I then went into the fitting room to try on other items. When I went out to ask about the dress after waiting several minutes, I found they had given it to the later person to try on while I was waiting, agreed to sell it, and didn’t even give me a chance to see if it would fit.
I made it clear I specifically came into the store for that dress. The staff here wasted my time and were very unprofessional. This is not a good way to do business and I do not plan to shop here again.

if you need to call and ask for anything… just don’t because the people sound like there having a miserable day and don’t know anything so thats good.

I was recommend by a few female friends to SooDee to shop for a dress as a birthday present for my girlfriend. Being a guy, I usually feel very awkward shopping in a women’s boutique, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. As best as I could, I explained my girlfriend’s size and taste in clothes, she is very picky and likes nice things. She really likes having tha latest fashions. They showed a few and even tried on a few so that I could see what they look like… They chose out an outfit which she really loves! (She plans to go back to the store) Thanks so much SooDee for helping to make my girlfriends birthday special :-)

Staff was extremely rude… I stopped in to look at a dress for a wedding, tried it on, liked it but it was a bit short. When I came out of the fitting room with it on the hanger the two women working asked if I was taking it, when I said no they scoffed back with «that’s because this is a 2, you’re not a 2 you’re a 4» when first of all, they didn’t even see me in the dress and secondly the dress fit me just fine. I didn’t appreciate the rude comment.

Beware of the return policy! I was in the area and the front display of the store drew me in. The sales person (I think also owner) was nice but, trying a little too hard to sell. I had my infant son with me so I was not able to try on the dress there and asked about the return policy. I was told they only did exchanges, no returns. The dress was a little pricey for my taste — considering this is a boutique and not a designer like BCBG, but in a moment of weakness I bought it and hoped it would fit for a wedding that weekend.
Unfortunately, the dress did not fit when I got home so I ended up wearing one I already had. I went back this week to exchange it and was told I was a couple days past 7 days so they would not allow it. The owner was rude and short about it. I work in customer service and felt like this was horrible customer service! I never wore the item, it was still in the bag with the receipt and tags on — but, the most annoying part is I wasn’t even asking for my money back — I just wanted a dress that fit as an even exchange! You would think that would have been a win-​win for all.
I have an infant and work so getting the dress back to the store was not the easiest thing for me. If it were months after my purchase I could understand but, this was literally days. I would have shopped here more however, their lack of true customer service (they are only nice when actually selling) and non-​flexible policies will keep me from ever visiting this boutique again.

This is one of my «SSO» stores. «Shop Sales Only». Regular priced items are far too expensive for me (and not worth it in my opinion).
I strolled in here this week to check out a few items. I was lured in by the lovely dresses on the forms cleverly place outside the storefront. The sale rack had a lot of very cute items, mostly dresses. My size varies because I’m pear-​shaped. I’m a ⁶⁄₈ up top and a ¹⁰⁄₁₂ on the bottom (Baby got back!). The good thing about most of the dresses was that they weren’t overly structured. They were mostly A-​lined and flow-​y, so there was room for my caboose :-)
I tried on a few dresses, some of which fit well, others that didn’t. I wasn’t particularly amazed by any of the items, so I ended up leaving the store empty handed. However, I will still visit this store from time to time to rummage through the sale rack.
One thing I wasn’t particularly fond of was the store owner (??) eagerness to sell me something. I hate that kind of pressure when I’m shopping. It’s so annoying. I know what I want and what I like, I don’t need you shoving your «opinion» down my throat. I get it… you want to make a sale, but don’t tell me something fits me well, when it clearly does not and is cutting off blood circulation to my arm. I mean, come on!

Eh maybe I don’t get it. Or maybe I went on a day where they were between choice picks.
The window display drew me in with the promise of cute, unique clothes. The racks offered some darling dresses — most of which seemed to be BCBG. What? I thought this was a boutique. The other unfortunate part was that most dresses seemed to be a size 2. To fit into such garments, I would have to remove a rib or two and have my hip bones shaved down.
The prices are a bit high, but pretty moderate considering the street and the offerings. Too bad for them (and phenomenal for me) I had just gotten myself a serious score at BCBG itself.
I felt at least a little uncomfortable the entire time I was in there. The store was small and the attendant was sitting either on the phone or watching us the entire time. And no music meant deafening silence.
A quick spin round the store. A quick question. And then I was gone. I may be back occasionally to see if there are any great finds, but this won’t become a regular spot.

Tiny boutique featuring beautifully proportioned, Romantic-​esque clothes. The style reminded me of Korean fashion (vintage-​romantic, organic feel with lots of gunmetal greys and forest greens). The sales rack costs about the same as the sales rack at a FCUK or BCBG but features much more unique picks like a cinched metallic forest green trenchcoat with shirred ¾ bell sleeves. The subdued cut, proportions, and colors here seem to work particularly well with Asian frames and complexions.

I’ve been trying to remember the name of this store for a week. Thank you Elizabeth I. for writing a review of it today!
Cute little place with cutie pie frocks. It’s not the best inventory but it does have some really special dresses. I am so upset I didn’t get this one white dress in the window with red, black and brown color block stripes, but who wears white to a wedding? brides only dude.
The owner was very nice and knew her stuff.

Adorable clothing, and I like that it’s mostly by designers from Asia that I’ve never heard of. These dresses stand out precisely because they are a bit different. They are feminine but funky.

Soodee attracted me by displaying a couple of dresses outside the store. They have some get fashions and the store has many solid pieces. Most of the brands are from Korea, but they do a lot of BCBG pieces. The prices are around $ 100 – 200 which I think is slightly pricey since it isn’t necessarily designer. I do like the fact that the pieces have a lot of feminine qualities, but again the price is steep for me.
