History
Established in 2001.
I came to Boston in 1999 after culinary school. I was itching to cook at a top restaurant. I found Clio Chef, Ken Oringer in an Art Culinaire magazine. I knew I had to work for him. He offered me a chance and gave me a palette. This proved to be the most influential chef I’ve worked under. Strong French and Asian influences were Chef Oringer’s strengths and both are close to my heart.
I also worked at Sandrine’s Bistro under Master Chef Raymond Ost, learning classic Alsatian food. It was important to learn food from my heritage. Chef Ost also gave me an incredible gift, he organized a stage for me in Alsace, France with his friend and 2 Michelin-star Chef Michel Husser. An eye-opening level of cuisine.
After many stages and part time kitchen jobs, the last job found me… a Brookline family hired me as their personal chef. I loved knowing who I was cooking for… something that I didn’t get in restaurants. I’ve spent the last 11+ years building up a Boston clientele.
