The BBQ ribs and pulled meat were good but my favorite here are the sides ! You can not go wrong with any of them! I love the Mac and cornbread in particular!

This is an absolutely great life decision. «Ribs. I had ribs for lunch.» I can now say this pretty much every Wednesday, not even remotely quoting anchorman. They are really, really good ribs. The chicken is also phenomenal, should they happen to have run out of ribs.

You haven’t eaten until you have eaten from a Food Truck. To my amazement back in 1985 was my first experience with M&M Ribs when one of the original founders Maurice Hill used to cook Ribs on an old pit grill in Dorchester Ma. Here is my short story. Every Friday I would travel home on a van. The van driver was traveling through Dorchester at the time we start talking about food. Well at that moment the driver said check this out. He said there is this very nice man that pretty much cooks ribs for the neighborhood & by word of mouth. And then there he was, Maurice Hill cooking up his ribs. We drove by the driver waved to him he waved back. The driver said he cooks the best ribs ever. So to my surprise that following day it was a Saturday around noon time. I was sitting at my kitchen table watching World Class Championship Wrestling. The van I take to & from my Home on Fri. & Sun. rolls up my driveway. The van driver shows up and gives me a huge plate of Beef Ribs… and Yes!!! They were the best Ribs I have ever had! The year was 1985. an ever since then I have yet found a better rib. Fast forward to 201530 years later I have found those ribs again. Although I did not know it at the time this was same same Rib Place, now 2 generations later. I did not have the ribs that day. Instead I had their Beef brisket plate with potato salad & mac n cheese. It did not disappoint! the brisket was tangy and very tasty, The potato salad was a bit different than I’m used to. had a tiny bit of spice and the consistency was more like a thick and chunky mash potato, very tasty. My favorite of the 3 was the mac n cheese. Made with love, So good! Geo Lambert is the grandson of Maurice Hill who now runs operations. He and his mom Leona was running the truck that day. They were pleasure! The food is amazing, Staff is wonderful. Eat Here! you won’t be disappointed. They do accept Credit Cards.

Stopped at this truck during the Marlborough food truck festival. Very reasonably priced food served by a family who knows how to make BBQ! I’m happy to have supported them! The brisket slider and side of Mac and cheese were both great!

You are dumb if you don’t stop here. The truck isn’t super attractive and there is duct tape going around the menu board but if this isn’t some of the finest barbecue I have ever had. I tried the pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich, and ribs. Everything was amazing. Cooked to perfection in a sauce that I would readily bathe in. My one complaint would be the mac and cheese. Based on the excellence of their entrees I was expecting super creamy, cheesy goodness full of flavor like everything else on their menu. Unfortunately it was dry and similar to what one might find in a cafeteria where the food has been sitting out. Otherwise one of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to. Bravo! :)

Recently discovered the M & M Ribs food truck in downtown Boston. They’re at Milk & Kilby streets every Wed. The food was so good — this has quickly become a weekly must for me. No surprise — the ribs are fantastic — love the sauce. The beef brisket sandwich was also excellent. Great southern BBQ flavor. The baked beans and Mac&Cheese sides were both really good. Really loved the beans. Reasonable prices for a main item with a side. Don’t miss it if you are in the area on Wed.

This makes the Red Bones truck looks like amateurs… This is an experience I feel the need to share with everyone. I had the pulled pork sandwiches and mac-n-cheese(don’t make fun of it until you’ve tasted it). Everything was spot on! Pulled pork were tender and whatever sauce they used, it was amazing. I always like my pull pork with a kick and this place delivers. The mixture of pork and sauce was well balance. A little sweet with an overtone of spice, and it’s wicked juicy. I heard their ribs are out of this world and will try that next time. Mac-N-Cheese was great! It reminds me of the soul food I had in Memphis where it’s not too salty and cheesy. One word… DELICIOUS! Cliffnote: Try the food if you run into this food truck. You will not regret.
