Having worked in many industries enabled me to have a direct impact on customer service, I decided to go into the transportation business, specializing in airport transportation only, being on time every single time and treating customers like family members. Having been in the restaurant management business, which relies heavily on attention to detail helps, as the transportation business depends on such trait. Reservations are thoroughly analyzed, reviewed and scheduled.

This company provided the most outstanding, entertaining limo ride of my life. An amazingly interesting Tunisian driver picked me up. We instantly hit it off and we talked and talked on the road from Attleboro to Logan. The same driver, Salmon, picked me up when I returned and he was just as delightful. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this company without qualification. You can’t do better than Logan Dependable Ride.

My husband and I used Logan Dependable Ride to and from Logan for a trip last week, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. We had a very early pickup — 3:45 am — and the driver, Mo, was right on time (even a few minutes early) and extremely pleasant. The car was clean and comfortable, Mo was an excellent driver (unlike many other taxi drivers we’ve had in Boston), and he got us to the airport quickly and smoothly.
While we were away, I emailed to confirm our pickup, and received an email back promptly. They even emailed us again to check that the arrival time I had given them was correct — and it turns out I had indeed given them the wrong time, and they clearly had thought to check the arrival time against the flight number I gave them.
Once we landed, we headed right outside (no checked luggage to pick up) and our driver was there within seconds (even though, as he told us, the online flight tracker had said our flight hadn’t landed yet!).
As for the pricing, we found it very reasonable and about the same as a regular taxi would have cost us.
Again, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience. Travel in this day and age can be very stressful and it was delightful to have ground transportation to and from the airport that caused us no trouble at all.
We will use this company exclusively in the future for all of our airport transportation needs.
