I had a fantastic customer experience here while I was trying to return a pair of shoes. The saleswoman was upbeat and relentless in trying to solve my tricky problem(returning the defective shoe, transferring the credit, finding me a replacement pair even though the shoe had moved to clearance, calling stores in other states to check inventory, etc). And I got exactly what I needed! Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. The store itself is clean and large with a nice sized shoe/accessory/sale section. It’s nice to have a J. Crew like this in Boston.

Came here the other day to find my fiancé’s suit for our upcoming wedding. Jordan helped us pick out a suit, and even brought up options we hadn’t considered — #1 being a bowtie, which we never would have thought of, but it ended up looking amazing. He was so helpful and quick with suggestions and the tailoring looks like it will come out great — so a big thank you to Jordan! This will be my fiancé’s second suit from Ludlow, and his first suit from 2 years ago has gotten a lot of mileage and is still in great shape, so we expect the same for this new suit! Quality is unmatched and honestly, for the quality of suit you get, the prices aren’t even that shocking when compared to big-box stores!

Went to the Men’s Shop looking for a specific item which was listed on the site. They didn’t have it, but fitted me for it then said they would take care of ordering it from the site. While I was being fitted the item sold out online, but the clerk called another store which had it and they shipped it to direct to me for free. Fantastic customer service.

Last night I came to J Crew to check out the spring sale. I was very impressed by the staff. In the fitting rooms they were friendly and helpful, offering to assist me with other sizes if needed and also keeping up with the high turnover of clothes needing to be returned to the rack. With the number of shoppers having spring madness the store looked very clean and organized! At checkout there was a problem with an incorrectly marked item. Cameron, the gentleman working, was so understanding and helpful, moving the transaction along and giving me lots of information about this and upcoming sales! Thanks again Cameron! Great shopping experience!
