We had an amazing stay here. We were here for only 1 night, but it was perfect. The service at the front desk was exceptional. John was so helpful: gave us many options on which room we wanted, helped us get to our train station, and was very welcoming. The hotel is very new, and beautiful. The room was clean, and has a kurig machine, refrigerator, and microwave. We also ordered room service, and the food was fantastic! Overall, a wonderful stay. Plus, the airport shuttle is on point and runs 24⁄7.

Very pleasant experience except the front desk clerk, Tom. He gave me an attitude on the phone when I asked him if he can send the shuttle to Airport station. He said no and the hotel doesn’t provide the ride to the T station? So I called again to speak to another clerk who sent me the shuttle which came in under 5 minutes. Bar is next to the front desk so you can really relax. Colorful sofas and chairs to do hanging, working on your electronic devices and more. Checkin was super easy. Staff was cool. Clean room with plenty of towels. I love towels! Firm mattress, good for my back! Front desk holds your luggage with no charges so that you can pick them up later. Boston was rainy when I flew out but I was so glad I got the service what I paid for! Will rest here again!

I was surprised how nice this property is. The free shuttle runs around the clock and the staff was very nice. The bar isn’t fancy but comes in handy. Overall, it seemed like a great value.

Very impressed with the new Hilton Garden Inn. It’s about 5 – 15 minutes north of the airport, depending on traffic, and the hotel has a free shuttle that leaves every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes between 11pm — 5am. It’s also only a 10 minute walk to the blue line Orient Heights MBTA station. The room: clean, spacious, modern, with great amenities. The Keurig, microwave, and mini-fridge worked well and were a pleasant surprise. The hairdryer and iron/ironing board also worked well, and the hairdryer was full size(not one of the usual half-size that is attached to the wall). The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp and white, and the shower was 1) not a tub, and 2) very big! There was also plenty of light in the room between the window, two table lamps, floor lamp, desk lamp, and entry overhead light. Staff: Each person at the concierge was helpful and friendly. I asked for an extra blanket and there was no grumbling at all, and it arrived in just 5 minutes. Check-in and check-out was an easy process, and they even were able to print my receipt the night before since I had an early flight. Other features: The gym was shockingly well stocked! Elliptical machines, treadmills, a recumbent bike, and a spacious weight area, as well as continuously stocked with gym towels. The lobby is open, bright, spacious and comfortable, and there’s a great outdoor patio with tables and seating. Restaurant: I ate only one dinner here, and it’s the only reason the hotel isn’t getting 5 stars. The waiter was fast and courteous, but the food was so-so. The gardenburger was good but the macaroni and cheese side, while large, looked and tasted like Kraft.

A beautiful new hotel with everything you need for a business or personal trip. The room is a good size with comfortable bed and direct tv. Although I didn’t use it, I was surprised to find a Keurig machine and mini fridge in the room as well. The bathroom features Neutrogena products. The water pressure in the shower was decent. The lobby makes for a good gathering place with lots of seating and complimentary water/coffee/tea. I also saw a gym with new equipment and a business center with multiple computer/printer stations. The customer service is great — both in person and over the phone. They also offer a complimentary airport shuttle that runs every 30mins.
