Mark Savage is unquestionably the best real estate attorney I have worked with. As a Massachusetts Realtor, I have seen attorneys who just cut and paste, and clearly don’t read the documents. Mark crosses every T, and dots every I. He is responsive, thorough and on his game. I highly recommend him.

Our initial experience was that their paralegal misquoted our closing costs 3 times, each time going up until the morning of the closing when we got the final number which was much higher than anticipated and a major inconvenience and stress. Now that we are selling our house 4 years later, we have discovered a title problem that they should have caught. Luckily we have title insurance, but if the buyer’s agent and our new attorney caught it, why didn’t they?
When asked by our agent if we wanted to use them again, we declined.

Overall good experience. They handled the closing of my condo sale (on the buyers side). I didn’t use a lawyer so I often dealt directly with them. They were quick to provide answers to any questions. On the day of closing things seemed a little disjointed. They had a hard time explaining why some numbers had changed until my agent admitted she didn’t provide the correct information. Nice office and friendly staff.
