Espresso Minute was founded in 2012 with a goal to serve excellent specialty coffee and tea drinks with its simple and efficient coffee bars.

Meet the Business Owner

Yen-Chen K.

Business Owner

Years after being a project manager at Staples headquarter., Yen-Chen noticed how much co-workers crave for a tasty cup of coffee in endless meetings. Colleagues from various countries frequently comment on the «boring coffee that provides purely caffeine.» Following that is usually a conversation regarding how people would love a great drink at work. Seeing the opportunity, Yen-Chen resigned from his suit and tie job to pursue his passion — specialty coffee. He founded Espresso Minute that promises customers «A Cup of Joy At Work».

Our customers at Staples have frequently asked us when Espresso Minute will have its first retail location so that they can bring their family to enjoy our delicious drinks. With proven success of our first location, we now open our first retail coffee bar to share our delicious drinks, biscotti, Liege waffle, and more treats with people in Boston.
