History
Established in 2001.
Jody Adam was blu’s first Executive Chef and has excelled since its beginnings. Now with Executive Chef Alex Medeiros, blu strives to offer healthy Mediterranean and seafood options in its menu. A huge success for theatre-goers in the downtown Boston area, blu Restaurant is the perfect backdrop for an intimate dinner, date, or night out on the town.

Danyella has been with blu since 2008, managing blu Café first and then taking on the role of General Manager in 2010, as well as being the point person for all events that blu hosts.
