Food was good, but the cashier was Hispanic and was hard to understand with his accent.

I go to subway maybe once every 3 months because I am not a huge fan. This subway in particular is definitely hit or miss(more miss). First of all, I agree with everyone about one of the ladies behind the counter; I know which one they are talking about and she definitely hates her job and isn’t afraid to wear it on her face. Not cool. But there is a guy there that is exceptionally nice and knows how to actually speak to the customers so that’s why I gave an extra star. Second, last time I came here I got a buffalo chicken foot long. When I bit into it, my chicken was cold! I sent it back for them to put it into the oven again and the guy I mentioned above said he would just make me a whole new sandwich, with no attitude or problem whatsoever. I definitely appreciated that. All in all, I’ll come here if I don’t wanna travel out of my town, but that’s about it. I also won’t even go into speaking about the subway in Walmart because I think that’s the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Horrible service. Thank goodness that there are other subways close by. The lady behind the counter today was so bad today that giving even one star is too much. What does it take to not roll your eyes and talk back to customers? One of my worst experiences ever at a subway. So much so that I am going to call the owner and then corporate. Unbelievable!

«DONOTOPEN! DEADINSIDE!» I don’t usually write bad reviews for places unless I’ve had more than one bad experience in the same place. I’ve had so many bad experiences in this Subway that it’s no longer just coincidence. It has to be the worst customer service at a restaurant that I have ever experienced! Example: Most recently I went with my daughter here before school to get her a sandwich for lunch because we had run out of lunch food at home. When we got there, there was already a mother and son inside trying to order. Time 8:05 — I walk in as the woman finishes placing her order. Employee — I’m going to need you to wait 15 minutes for the register to work. Mom — but I need to get a sandwich for my son, he has to leave on a field trip. Employee — I can’t do anything for 15 minutes. We are not officially open yet. Mom — But it’s after 8 o’clock. Your website says you open at 7. Employee — no we open at 8. Mom — but your FRONTDOOR says you open at 7! Employee — no, we open at 8. At that point I took my daughter’s hand and went and got her a sandwich at DD. As I said before, this isn’t the only time I’ve had horrible customer service issues at this place. Literally, the only way the customer service in this establishment could be worse is if after making the bottom half of your sandwich(after waiting the prescribed 15 minutes of course), the woman then looks up and stared into your eyes. Then she would proceed to make a long nasal growl, summoning a vile red-speckled yellow mucous glob from the dark hinterlands of her sinus cavity. Then, in front of your disbelieving eyes, she lets it slowly rappel down a string of spit until it rests comfortably on top of your salami. Gently, she would then place the top of the sandwich on, wrap it up, and give it to you. All without breaking eye contact. THAT would be the only way that the customer service at this Subway could bee any worse. Consider yourself warned.

This Subway has the worst customer service. I feel like they are doing me a favor by actually making a sandwich. And God forbid you actually ask for some extra toppings on a sandwich. I will continue to eat at Subway but will go to a different one where my business is appreciated.

I agree with the other review. Service here is horrible! The staff has no clue how to smile and give attitude every time I’ve been there. The only reason I keep going is that it’s the closest Subway from my house. These guys need to get there act together. Otherwise, Subway food is… Subway food! Never had a shortage of ingredients the times I’ve gone so no complaints there.

The food is normal subway food, but the service sucks. They are always out of at least 3 of the 5 breads, no matter what time you come in. The people working are always talking on their cell phones while working the counter and building your sub.
