Not the same as it used to be when Nick was there. The person behind the counter today was as uninterested as I have ever experienced. Rude and unprofessional would be putting it mildly. Needs a course in Customer Service.

We finally decided that enough, was enough with Verizon Wireless issues and saw the new Sprint offer. We have 9 lines so it is a big account. My husband and I went to BNJ to gather information and then I went back to make the switch last night. I knew walking in that it was a big order to fill. It took some time to complete, but I can say that Brian and Albert were professional and courteous as well as informative. In the past with Verizon I would only go to their company stores, however I dealt with Brian 5 years ago when the company I worked for at that time had Sprint. I had a Treo(an awful phone), and was there often with technical issues. I was always treated nicely and fairly. So it was a bit of a no-brainer to skip the Sprint direct store and go to BNJ to change my family service. We are praying that Sprint as a company works out well for the family, however as far as the account set-up goes, I walked out of there a happy customer last night!

Went in earlier today to get a phone replaced. Billy took the time to find the best options for me to get my phone replaced in the fastest, most efficient way. It was so easy and painless. :)
