YMCA

My family and I love working out here. The front desk staff are welcoming and make you feel at home. It’s great to have a YMCA convenient to my home. At first it was difficult to locate — it’s behind the Bonner Springs High School. Water fitness is a fun class! There is plenty of fitness equipment to keep your workout routine varied and challenging.

The first time I traveled to this YMCA I got so lost I missed my class. Not realizing that it was located behind the high school. Sneaky, sneaky. Because it is located next to the high school there are a lot of students that come here throughout the day. When there are high school games parking can get a little tricky. You may have to pass the «parking guard» and tell them you’re going to Y so they let you through.
For the most part this YMCA does care about it’s participants. I have filled out comment cards and have had a call back promptly. When I rejoined the YMCA, they would call and make sure my membership was going smoothly. Classes are plenty, they have great programs for outside the gym time also. Such as a ladies night or kids night. They care and it shows.
