Charming Charlie – Bolingbrook

Maria with the short hair helped me and my best friend put yogether an ensemble of jewelry and a clutch for a special event (my daughter’s wedding).
I’m so sure about what she helped me out with. Great selection. Knowledgable salespeople. She gave me a discount. I was unaware of too. I will definitely be back!

Bling bling!
Aside from all the awesome accessories… I had an über awesome friendly manager assist me with finding some cute jewelry for my kiddies. She engaged them in conversation and did a spectacular job in helping us find what we needed. I want to say her name was Jessica – all I remember was that she was towards the front of the store working on a laptop.
They have an awesome clearance area and always have some sort of sale or special going on. You can park really close at one of the meters right in front or if you’re meandering the mall, not difficult to get to at all. Went on a Sunday afternoon and surprisingly not busy in general.

Good variety. Good prices. Something for every age. Although shoes & any clothing items will be small sizes. Not easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. Love store… Not the too busy gossiping to assist you staff.

I really like Charming Charlie’s but the corporate office needs to offer braclets & hats for us petite ladies. The women that work there keeps saying that «one size fits all.» This is NOT true. Charming Charlir franchize is missing a whole new market of women. I don’t want to wear a bracelet that falls off my wrist! When I suggest this to the people that work there, they just blow me off. If they had a suggestion box, I would have used it. Please ask your vendors to offer smaller-​size hats also. There’s a LOT of petite women with money to burn, and sooner or later, another similar store will start up, show us petite ladies some love! J. Sampson

Yo seriously! I love, love, love this store. It’s like Accessory Heaven with perfectly color coordinated items that meet every desire.

I love it! Prices are great, location is totally convenient and the fact they also have a website rocks my socks because I can order and send to my bestfriend or someone who doesn’t have this great store near them.

If I died and went to Heaven, my Heaven would be full of hot pink, animal prints, headbands and costume jewelry. The first time I walked into CC, I thought «Wow.Someone out there just GETS me» [cue the church music.]
My mother-​in-​law first took me to this location when we were perusing the mall. She told me she had to take me to a «Courtney» store – boy, she wasn’t kidding. The prices are super reasonable and there’s just choices, beyond choices. Do you want blue, pink, orange, yellow, purple, green, silver? Oh wait — we have a section for every single one of those colors. Or maybe you’re looking for the absence of color or the color that includes all colors, why yes– we have a white and black section too.
This location is the best CC I’ve been to so far. I’m becoming quite a CC connoisseur and I’ve been to 4 since discovering the chain. The associates at this one are super helpful, but they’re not too «so, like HI, I really want to help you and I will stand here until you let me help you, so, like YEAH» either. This one has more space than the others I’ve been to so I’m not tripping over other like-​minded females.
If I could give you 10 stars, Charlie, believe me I would.

Oh my god.

Do you know what love at first site feels like? I never had that feeling until this weekend when I went into Charming Charlie and never wanted to leave! It’s like heaven for those of us who love accessories.
And why do I love accessories so much? Well… no matter if you lose 2 dress sizes or gain 30 pounds, accessories will always look perfect on you. They will never leave you like a boyfriend and are always there to boost your confidence unlike your best frienemy. And if you have big feet and those designer shows don’t look quite right on you, don’t worry cuz those new earrings look fabulous!
Ok…enough about how I love accessories! Now on to the important facts.
The store is layed out pretty much by color or pattern. Love red, head on over here. Maybe trying to match something to a blue dress? They have that too! In the mood for something pink AND zebra, look no further! In addition to the jewley they have purses, scarves, clothes, sunglasses, nail kits, socks, slippers, you get the idea. If you feel overwhlemed at first, which is nomal after falling in love, take a loop just to get an idea and then go back to look through everything again.
Now with every new love comes that adjustment period and Charming Charlie is no different. I was in there for about 45 min and only asked once if I needed help. Of course I don’t like to be bombarded with over eager employees, but clealy a basket would have been nice to carry my items around with me. And the employees at the checkout were bickering with eachother and that is not professional. Also, the racks the long necklaces are on tend to get caught and I think I may have broke one… oopps!
But I haven’t mentioned one of the best things about this store… it’s inexpensive. Think in the range of $ 5 — $ 20. You can look hot for less and who doesn’t love that?!
Now I know what love at first site feels like and I am liking it… a lot! Charming Charlie, you certainly did charm me!
