I took my BMW1000XR in here for some routine service after having my bike shipped here from LA, no issues at all with this wonderful bike. The whole service department was kind and considerate from my initial call to set up an appointment, to the drop off, wrapping it all off when i picked the bike up. Everything was explained to me completely and the price was exactly what I was quoted on the phone. Many times I have taken my bike to CA dealers and invariably I have issues with overcharges and the dealer finding problems that don’t exist, that didn’t happen at Big Twin, thanks for that gentlemen!

Great place. A go to place for me to get tires changed. I drag race and go threw a few sets of tires and these guys are pros! Great price and great customer service!

These guys are the greatest. They gave me top dollar for my trade and treated me with respect. I feel like I will be able to depend on them if I need anything related to my bike.

I bought a used 650 dual sport that had worn out tires. I went to Big Twin and they helped me choose the correct tires for my bike and mounted them the same day. I’ll be riding tomorrow. Thanks Big Twin, I’ll be back. Idaho Red.

Every time I’ve come to this business I’m blown away with how much the people care about you. I recently purchased a 2009 Ducati 1198s and it was the most wonderful vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. They continue to take care of any of my needs to this day even though they owe me nothing and continue to have the best customer service.

Just got some new angel perelli tires. They are pretty sweet. The guys did a great job. I never done business with them before. They greeted me when I went in like they knew me and called me when my tires were installed. Great service. Will return

My tires were in pretty good shape with several thousand miles left on them — that’s to say — several thousand miles the way I usually ride. When I arrived at Casino Campground in Stanley where I was sharing a campground with some KTM guys from Colorado — they all pointed to my back tire and issued serious warnings. Going a couple thousand miles with panniers and duffel full of clothes and gear — and going for hundreds of miles a day — had really made a nice flat spot in the center of my tire. It was with a bit of trepidation that I made my way down from the mountains to Boise — through high temperatures, forest fire smoke that made my eyes burn and frequent traffic stops(oh — what joy — stopping on black tarmac in the sun in full gear while sucking down forest fire smoke from the Bonneville fire!). Needless to say — between a stomachache, stress about the the tire and the heat and smoke — I was a right mess by the time I got down to Boise from Stanley(and that was even WITH an hour soak at Kirkham!). I found a spot to make some phone calls and figure out where to get a tire. Someone who worked in the office where I was lobby camping arrived — heard my story and said«IK know where that is!» and acted as sherpa to get me over to Big Twin. I roll into Big Twin at 4pm — they had THREE different tires for me to choose — and then said«No problem!» and took care of it. They also fixed a broken left rear turn signal(it would have been cheaper to replace it but they didn’t have any on hand for my bike). I also ended up getting a stunning Olympia safety yellow jacket with a zip out liner — and they gave me a box and tape to pack up my old jacket to send home. The whole team — service writers, sales and mechanics — were all super helpful and friendly. I camped out in their shop for over an hour and chugged unlimited amounts of cold water and they were still nice to me! Great shop, great communication and reasonable prices. Amazing turnaround!
