Baseball and softball training facility. We do private lessons in hitting, catching, and pitching. We also offer team training and rental packages. All of our coaches are very experienced and are head and assistant coaches at quality programs.

History

Established in 2008.

Opened in 2008 by Randy Caden, head baseball coach at St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue. Originally named LI Mariners Sports Academy but was recently renamed as Randy Caden’s Baseball Factory.

Business Owner

Owner of Randy Caden’s Baseball Factory, Coach Caden has been coaching on Long Island for over 22 years. The last 13 years he has been the head coach at St. Joseph’s College. Over his tenure as a coach, he has won the coach of the year award 7 times and led his team to the Junior College World Series, 4 Regionals, a Skyline Championship, and 6 regular season conference championships. He has coached 5 All Americans, 20 All Region, and over 50 All Conference Players, and 6 have gone all to play professionally. Coach Caden has been the owner, coach and head of player development of the Long Island Mariners, a top baseball travel program for over 20 years. He is known development and training for young players. During the summer, he is the head coach of top college talent from over the United States for the Riverhead Tomcats in the prestigious Hamptons Baseball League.
