This is our go-to sushi place, even though there are probably 5 or more places closer! Han and his team do an excellent job! The family atmosphere is great! Love seeing the same staff there every week! The Korean food is delicious, and when you see Koreans as customers you know it’s the real deal! I typically get sushi. Love to create my own rolls. I am picky due to medical reasons(and partly just being picky!) The staff is always willing and happy to accommodate! In fact they now remember my choices without my saying them! Love the personal touch! The fish is always fresh… the salmon to die for! See you in a few days!

Amazing food. Gal-bi is the best dish! Bok Bun Ja is my favorite wine. Service is great!

This is a good restaurant. The sushi is always great and the Korean food is as well. The only negative comment I have is the noodle appetizer they give you is so cheap and uninteresting. Why bother? Better to not give anything in my opinion. Many sushi restaurants that I have been to give fish appetizers which I appreciate. Something that says I’m interested in how you feel about my food. The token noodles is just so passé.

Sushi Yoshee is great! After living in the DC-Metro area, where it’s saturated with Korean restaurants it’s been hard to find one around. Sushi Yoshee has a great selection of Korean Dishes and Sushi rolls/hand rolls/sashimi. My date and I ordered a steamed egg(appetizer), kalbi, a sushi boat, fatty tuna, and sake bombs. Everything came out to perfection! The kalbi was nice and tender to my liking and marinated to perfection! The sushi was delicious, you can definitely tell it was fresh and can tell by the cut that the sushi chefs know what they are doing. At the end of the meal, ask the waiter/waitress for some Maxim coffee! It’s not on the menu but they’ll make you a cup! Sushi Yoshee is a must try and a go to if you’re in the area!

We usually don’t eat out that often, because I enjoy cooking, it’s my passion! But if we eat out, it must be a well kept, delectable establishment for my family and I to enjoy. We absolutely love this place… Anything you order, will definitely be satisfying! Have been coming here for a few years.

Been coming here for years. The food is rather expensive but it’s always well put together and tastes great. I would give it 5 stars if it was more affordable and wait time for an order was not so long. I had a to go order placed when they only had 1 table in the place but still had to wait about 25 minutes for it.

Best Japanese/Korean restaurant I’ve ever been to. I can’t help but keep coming back. They have a large variety of food to choose from but my favorite would definitely be galbi, which is Korean short ribs. I would also give their japchae noodles and kimchi pancake a try as well.

Came to this place because nothing special around. The taste of food was acceptable. The complimentary cold noodles were not good at all. In addition, for this quality of food, this is pricy. Come back again? Maybe, maybe not…

Excellent staff and very clean atmosphere. Very quick and focused service. Accommodating of requests. Drink is refilled without asking, food is proper temperature and delicious. A cast array if sushi rolls for even the pickiest of eaters. Miso soup is hot and delicious! Stop in and enjoy yourself.

Definitely my favorite sushi restaurant. Consistently good. Never had anything taste bad. Could use some décor updating, but the food is the best.

Love the food ambience and service here. We are New Yorker sushi lovers and the sushi rolls here are beautiful fresh and delicious. Korean food is spectacular. Starry night and tsunami rolls are wonderful. Bi bim bop is heavenly.

The food was excellent, especially the Kalbi Ribs and the seafood pancake! But the service was poor, it took us an hour to get our food from the time that we ordered! We went on a Friday around 7:30, the next time we’re going to try a weeknight early. If the service was good I would have rated it 5 stars!

I drive by all the time. My husband once in awhile gets a lunch order to go. They have korean and sushi. I dont eat sushi much in restaurants but I ordered to try since I fell in love with there korean side. I love their Kalbi. My kids favorite. Good portion and very flavorful. Truly recommend! After always ordering Kalbi only, after reading some of the reviews here I decided to try their bi bum bop(sorry if I spelled it wrong)…it comes with ground beef, mixed veggies, and an over easy egg or fried egg for($ 12.95)…this is not the one in a hot stone pot tho fyi… just a regular bowl… I like to upgrade the beef to bulgogi($ 5 extra)…I fell in love with it… soooo yummy. had to get another one for togo for lunch the next day! Another must try. People usually like the one with the hot stone pot but I’m ok on that… didnt have as much flavor as the other one for some reason but they have so many so maybe I just ordered the wrong one. I would definitely recommend the Korean side to this place… must must try! Now on the sushi side… pretty average. I ordered one roll that was supposed to be spicy scallop on top. Should of realized when I saw the low price but didn’t really think. When I order spicy scallop it’s the raw scallop spicy. When the roll came out, I got those baby cooked scallops. The roll over all was ok I guess just not what I intended on. Ordered a dynamite appetizer. Average… just a bit on the dry side. Ordered the volcano roll… but the nicer one called yoshi something… didnt like it… cant explain… just didn’t like. Hamachi appetizer was good. They cut the belly part so that was nice. So bottom line for korean side is a definite. For the sushi side… nah…had better… which is why I’m always reluctant to try sushi at restaurants because I always end up disappointed at the restaurant.

Always a pleasant experience. The spicy seafood salad could use a bit more fish, and a lot less sauce… I would recommend Korean food over sushi, you know what I mean — cooked stuff. I had seafood pancake, spicy squid, short ribs, bulgogi; and they are all good.

My wife and I simply love this place! We live in Brickell(near downtown Miami) and we make the drive, which is around 45 mins, atleast three Sundays(only day off) out of the month. The Korean food is authentic as can be. It seriously compares to L.A. Korean food and everyone knows L.A. tops it all when it comes to Korean food(NYC doesn’t compare anymore). The Galbi is cooked on the grill with that perfect char and seasoning with very generous portion. All the soup based dishes are very hearty and filling. Their side dishes are various by the week but you’ll always get their kimchi. If you really know kimchi then you understand the taste. sometimes it can be a little more fermented(the way I like mine) or less. Rolls and sashimi are crazy tasty and fresh! Again, generous portions! I would say that their Super Yoshee is the most popular roll. Their sashimi is one the freshest, other nearby Japanese food doesn’t compare! The appetizers from the sushi bar are everyone’s favorite. just look around. There’s a reason why we come here this often even though we’re driving from Brickell. If you haven’t been here or its been awhile, then you’re missing out!

Me and my boyfriend come here at least once a week and have pretty much ordered everything on the menu. We never had a bad experience, and loved anything we order. The food is always consistent. Definitely try the galbi, super yoshee volcano(if you like baked rolls) and sukiyaki. Oh and everytime we order salmon sashimi, it’s always fresh.
