For years I couldn’t understand how places like Radio Shack were still in business. They offer 2nd tier products. Their prices are outrageous and with the of the larger chains out there why would anyone purchase their electronics from them? Then it dawned on me, this place is so 1980s that if you ever need a part for a turntable or Atari 2600 or Commodore 64 then Radio Shack might be the answer. I’ve been here a few times in the past month, all because it was last minute and I was desperate for a few parts. None of which they had. If you need something like a HDMI cable don’t get it here. It’s cheaper at Best Buy or even Home Depot. Nothing they sell here is exclusive, you can easily get it for a fraction of the price on Amazon. But if you don’t want to wait and you need a phono jack extension then this might be the place. I hope I never have to step foot in a Radio Shack again.
