Usually no issues here. Today we tried getting a refund for a lost package. Getting the runaround doesn’t even explain our experience. Treated rudely by both people we dealt with, lied to twice about the insurance available and basically treated like it was our fault for them losing our package 3 weeks ago. Maybe everyone there is just having a bad day.

Very convenient location to my office. All of the staff is very attentive and helpful; consistently there is a manager walking around asking people online if there’s anything he or she can do to help in their shipping and mailing needs. There are plenty of supplies for sale. Most the time I’m in and out in under 10 minutes. Every now and then there’s a line but it moves pretty quickly. I prefer this location over any Office Depot shipping department.
