Terrible customer service and pricey. The Philippine guy has a bad attitude with me always. I tried to overcome the fact that he recommended his sister to redo my patio with sundek flooring and did a horrible job, for which I paid in full and got another company to do it over. But years later when I went in there to buy 4 more jugs of chlorine that I just purchased last weekend and asked if he could refund a few jugs of chlorine that I had taken from the old stock and was weak. He basically told me «screw you, your pool is crap» The jugs cost $ 5×3 the insult was just as cheap!
