It’s a terrible, terrible place. They have incense burning in their store, probably to mask the smell of urine, and I could hardly breathe, much less could the tiny little puppies with tiny little growing lungs. One Havanese puppy had chewed all its hair off, and was chewing himself when we walked in. They said he’s been in the cage since December, 2015. The rear of the store is lined with metal cages, and the trays underneath are lined with newspapers, seeming to indicate the puppies are kept in them whenever the store isn’t open, and maybe kept on the wire floor, instead of on mats. Otherwise, why would the trays (underneath the wire floors) be lined with paper? I believe they’re buying the puppies from puppy mills. We looked at a $ 2,500 puppy, and it was coughing. No wonder, with all the smoke from the incense. Plus, they give you a «hard sell.»

I purchased a groupon to try out this dog groomer for my little Shih Tzu. They were nice when I arrived but the minute I told the groomer that I had a groupon her attitude completely changed. I could have groomed my dog better than they did. He has his fur all different lengths, it’s like they completely forgot one of his legs. Now it’s a week later and he has kennel cough which he must have gotten there because that’s the only place besides our home that he has been. I would never go back here and would recommend people stay away. Plus they sell over-​priced designer mixed breed dogs here which are probably from puppy mills!

They finally were kicked out of palm beach gardens. the gardens does not allow allow that type of bussiness to operate here, oh they tried to fight it but they lost. Come on Boca you can do it too. Get together and get an ordinance passed! Then get it enforced!

Thank goodness for these reviews! Just saved me a ton of aggravation. We felt a very unwelcome aura the second we walked in there. Found my own reputable breeder in Jacksonville. I’ll make the drive. Thank you Unilocal

Bought a beautiful puppy on Saturday took her to the vet Sunday where she was diagnosed with a respiratory infection. The vet said she got it from the store (should’ve been my first clue since the vet see most of the puppies purchased here). She did not want to eat and became lethargic. Took her back Monday. The vet diagnosed her with parvovirus Monday afternoon and she was quarantined. She died Wednesday morning. Devastating experience for my kids as this was their first pet. While they paid for her care and they offered another dog as a replacement, we opted for a refund since the virus spreads so rapidly and the store was status quo when we went back. I doubt they notified any other owners as I called all the vets they refer to let them know and they were grateful for the heads up. After reading reviews, I feel dumb I fell for the cute ambiance. These dogs come from puppy mills and the «breeder» my dog came from has several violations. Run, run, run and go to a breeder like I now will. Devastating experience.

Do not buy a puppy from this place. My girlfriend bought a designer puppy lasapoo and the dog has been sick from day one. The owner doesn’t stand behind his pups he sells and is rude. Buyer beware,

This company is an utter disappointment. They don’t only charge an absurd price for their puppies, but they also sell you sick animals. I purchased a Maltese towards the end of December– shortly after leaving the facility I noticed that the puppy had a severe cough. I called the owner of the company the day after and explained the circumstances he said that this was «adjustment cough». BEWARE! It’s been about a month, $ 2,200 for the dog, multiple $ 100 more for vets visits, and 3 rounds of antibiotics and my dog is still sick! I can guarantee they were aware of the condition of the dog prior to sending it home with me but failed to disclosed it because of pure DISHONESTY!!! Save yourself a headache and money and buy your dog elsewhere!

This place should be closed down… first of all we got an almost 3 month old German Shepard… beautiful but very sick! Upper respiratory infection, Roundworm and Giardia… Really! Oh yes let’s not forget the «bent tail» that will fuse out and straighten… uuumm no X-​rays revealed a fractured tail… might have to be amputated as she suffers from pain from time to time, this is Sad. I warned my husband of the risks of things like this from pet store bought animals, but he wanted a pure breed German. Better off getting a rescue, as I have one who is the sweetest mixed Shepard anyone could ask for, yes he was sick same problems but Hello he was a rescue. How do you spend almost 2 grand plus all the other expenses of caring for a puppy and feel as though we have a rescue as she is as sick as one! The owner said «bring her back for a refund» what? This is a living thing not a car or pair of shoes that doesn’t fit! SHAME ON YOU PALM BEACH PUPPIES, your staff are not well educated on basic questions asked and seem to make up answers as for the owner, your an idiot!

Agree with the poster who suggested reading up on these pet stores. No matter how great the store, almost all of them source from puppy mills. For every dog you adopt, hundreds more from their breeding site are being tortured. USDA certified means next to nothing. The USDA allows breeding dogs to be kept like battery hens.

I got a puppy there and had an emergency and their recommended vet didn’t return my calls. I then had to pay $ 1100 for a vet to look at her. She was vomiting and bleeding with 24 hours of picking her up.

PLEASE do your research on the harsh truth about pet stores and where they get their puppies (cruel, inhumane puppy mills.) Not only are the parents of these puppies suffering their whole lives, but breeding puppies means more homeless animals in shelters are killed every day. Adoption is a fraction of the cost, usually includes all shots and surgeries, and does not support a cruel industry.

My Yorkie that’s almost 2 years old is still recycling her feces. I guess she cares about the environment just a little bit too much, (talk about going green –_​-​) but this is just ridiculous already! Every time I turn around, she’s eating her shit! I can’t leave her alone for 5 minutes. Palm Beach Puppies sells shit-​eaters!

Palm Beach Puppies gets their puppies from a puppy mill in Missouri. Do your homework and ask the right questions, and please do not buy a puppy from here.

PBP is even mentioned in this video and this is where the parents of those cute puppies spend their lives. Yah the puppies may not be in those cages too long but some of them will be kept and over bred and held without any love their entire lives to get a few bucks. By buying a puppy from here you are supporting animal negligence at its finest moments… all for the $$$.

Stay away from this store. Though everything is cute and adorable, their sales philosophy is dishonest and have absolutely no customer service skills.
I purchased an expensive leather designer crate for my puppy prior to her arrival (did not buy the puppy from here). The crate needed a screen ordered and retrofitted in the front for breathability. That began a 6 month journey of trying to get my purchased crate back. I left several messages and no response. I finally got someone and they said «Oh yeah. It’s here. Come pick it up.». When I got there, the screen did not fit properly. They had not checked. Then the crate was again sent back and again several calls later, to no avail.
I finally decided to just go to the store and demand a refund and to my surprise, my crate was sitting in the front of the store on display with a price tag it. THEY WERE GOING TO RESELL THE CRATE I ALREADY PAID THEM FOR.
Don’t spend your money here. They are dishonest and unresponsive.

You haven’t seen anything into you walk into a pet store with 20 cribs– and a puppy in each crib. The puppies were absolutely adorable, which they very well should be since they cost thousands of dollars. I thought it was extremely entertaining that they treat these puppies like babies, but couldn’t help gushing over them like babies. The puppies and store deserve a 5 star rating, but the owner was incredibly rude. He spends most of his time yelling at everyone who pets the puppies… I’m not sure I would buy a puppy from him even though they are so adorable.
Note to parents– don’t bring your children into this store unless you plan on purchasing a puppy. We witnessed many temper tantrums in here today!
