Went in for the buy 1 get 3 free with my husband and I was appalled at the customer service. My husband is African American and I even I saw how 3 men didn’t want to serve him. It wasn’t until another man, sad to say I didn’t get his name, responded and began to help my husband find shirts. We wont shop here again

Horrible clothes overpriced just not worth it. Even when they have buy 1 get no matter how many free the clothes just are not worth wearing. Usually made in Asia or South America the finish is horrible. The sales people are pros but unfortunately selling a bad product.

Today was one of those great 3-​for-​the-​price-​of-​1 days that are worth a visit for sure. Although, as stated in my earlier review, I find the range of clothing styles a bit narrow, I have nothing but good marks for the quality and service. And there certainly are enough suits, shirts, sweaters, pants and ties for anyone to walk away with something they’ll like.
Robert helped me with my order today and even though the store was busy he graciously gave me all the time I needed. Other staff, as well, were polite, professional and not pushy.
Based on today’s good experience, I have reconsidered my previous 3-​star rating and am bumping JOS A BANK to 4 stars.
