We are a 43 year old family owned & operated pet shop in Boca Raton. We specialize in healthy, tasty, holistic pet foods, treats & chews. Orijen, Primal, Solid Gold, Stella & Chewy’s, Tiki Cat, Wellness, Weruva, Wysong, Ziwi Peak, & many others. We do stock many different raw diets for your cats & dogs. If we don’t stock a food you would like, we’ll do our very best to get it in a timely manner. We also carry fresh bird seed & many pelleted foods including Harrisons, Exact, Zupreem, & Roudy Bush and lots of bird toys. Our products also include small animal supplies, reptile supplies & freshwater fish & their supplies.

History

Established in 1974.

My Dad, Charlie Holland opened our store after many years in the grocery business with A&P. He had & still to this day a deep love for pets, he retired in 1999. His two daughters, Debbie & Lisa bought the business from him and still own & operate it today. Debbie’s sons, William (one of our managers) & Charlie both work in the store making it three generations! Our present staff consists of Zeidy, Dareck, Terri, & Patrick along with the family. We are a crazy bunch that love animals and want the best for them. We are known to try and order almost anything for our customers. We joined FB in 2012 and now Yelp! Maybe a website is next. Our customers are part of our history and we love them.

Yes, a big variety of items, including holistic and hard to find foods. However, the place is very dingy and dated. The staff is also very odd and unfriendly. They will answer your questions and converse with you but they are very dry and unfriendly. For that type of service, I can go to PetsMart.

Beware of the fur-​ocious stuff dog in the front! Lol if u bring your dog with you, that is. Love the beautiful koi pond inside! Talking parrots! Lots of healthy products. Very helpful staff.

I am a big fan to shop at small, local business. This place is one of them. I came here the other day to pick up dog food for my boyfriend. He exclusively buys his dog’s food here.
I decided to check out the cat food section. I buy my cat Wellness wet food, and this place carried it. The price was significantly less expensive than the larger pet stores and Whole Foods.
Besides carrying what my boyfriend and I needed, the staff is incredibly nice. They are so friendly the moment that you walk in.
If you have a pet, and want to shop locally, this is the place to go!

Have been going to FFF for 15 years now. It is close to my house, the family is extremely nice, have never had a complaint about any employees and they carry the all natural, holistic dog food I need for The Captain. I still love to support the little man, so this is perfect. And yes they employees will bend over backwards for you

Great variety and selection! I have been going to this pet shop for many years. The owners are very nice. They have anything and everything you need, from mice to collars, food and beyond. You can even feed the koi fish in the pond as you walk into the store.

I’ve been a FFF customer since the mid 1980’s. Their depth of knowledge, especially compared to the big box stores, is simply amazing. They are very passionate about pets and pet nutrition. Prices are great too. My 9&11year old fur-​kids are thriving and FF&F has been instrumental in that.

Fins Furs N Feathers (let us just call it FFF) is a great locally owned pet shop in east Boca that has been around since 1970. I used to go to Petsmart for my dog food needs, but I recently switched food brands per my vet’s suggestion that Petsmart doesn’t carry.
FFF not only carried it, but they had tons of samples to give me in each of the flavors to see which kind my pups liked the best. The guys at the counter didn’t even blink an eye about handing me plenty of bags for sampling and did so with knowledge and a smile.
After I decided on which flavor to feed, I was having trouble stopping in on a day where they had the biggest bag of it available (side note: I have 3 dogs). So the guy at the counter set an order for me and told me to let him know how often I need a new bag. Now they will automatically hold a large bag in the back with my name on it to ensure I always have it. Needless to say, I love the service I receive at FFF.
If you like their Facebook page, you can find out specials and contests that they run monthly. Even without promos, their pricing is reasonable and totally worth any cost with the service you receive here.

Not the friendliest customer service, but they are helpful if you ask. However, they have the best selection of holistic, natural and hard-​to-​find dog & cat foods, supplements, treats, toys, etc. They are the only place in town where I am able to find NuPro supplements, a wide selection of frozen raw foods, and the Puppia mesh dog harness!
