Einstein Bros. Bagels

The food is good, the ingredients were fresh. The price seems a little elevated (but it is in the same range of all the other franchises in the food court). The disappointing part is the customer service, this is my second time buying from the same cashier, from the management to the cashier the mood seems to be the same. The attitude is not pleasant and inviting (although, what they said is exactly what the book says they should say, their faces say completely different). Even if the food is great, people will not return if the customer service is not good (I asked few questions as I am relatively a new customer, it gave me the impression that I bothered them by asking basic questions about the product (in this case quantity of salmon) I just bought).
A kind welcoming smile does not hurt nobody. (I run a successful restaurant in my country, and believe me when I say that the most important thing in the restaurant industry IS the experience your clients receive, that will stick forever and will determine your success).

I went in there this morning to get a chicken salad sandwich and the guy was training a new employee (I think) and he was so rude to her. It was very uncomfortable to watch and I wanted to say something to him.

I ordered a tuna sandwich on whole wheat toast. The first go around, the lady didn’t toast the bread, so she attempted to put the whole sandwich in the oven. When I told her I did not want warm tuna she became annoyed and roughly took the sandwich apart to toast the bread.
The sandwich I received was made with one slice of slightly limp toasted bread and a ripped end slice. Who eats the end slice of the loaf? What a mess.
I left very angry, but I must say the cashier offered to refund my money.
