Stay away! I’ve visited this place a couple of times. Epic failure!
The salon never seems clean or sanitary. The girl used the callus remover on my heels and put it back in the drawer without sanitizing it!
I had a pedi there recently and it was terrible! I seriously questioned if the woman went to nail school or not! She could not polish my toes and made a mess! A 2 yr old could do better! I had the salon manager come over to redo my polish. Still the polish was very rough and lumpy from the terrible pedicure.
I also had my fills done there by the salon manager and they were not bad. I made an appointment to have them done 2 weeks later again with the manager. When I got there for my appointment, she told me someone else was going to do them. He repaired nails that didn’t need replacing/​repairing just to charge me more money. I didn’t mind paying extra money if I was getting quality work. It was not!
The manager does a pretty good job but she cannot do all work. And if you like her work, there is no guarantee you will get her. Even if you make an appointment!

Absolutely horrible. They have no idea how to do nex gen. My lady was on her phone the whole time and my nails looked like a goopy mess and they drilled my nails and damaged them. Very unhappy. Very cheap

Filthy, not sterile, lack of skill, depressing atmosphere. I could have done a better job myself.

I have had great experiences. My gel nails have never lasted longer My polish is perfect and so are my eyebrows.

Stay away! My 5 year old nephew could polish my nails better. Terrible customer service and a dirty salon. Epic FAIL

Horrible !! I wish I had read the reviews before going here. Had a pedicure & Next gen on my nails. Both turned out terribly. There is a reason the place is empty. I wouldn’t go back there if they were giving away free mani & pedis. That bad.
It is extremely rare for me to put a bad review. I would normally speak with a manager and discuss any concerns without blasting online but guess what? The lady doing my fingernails was the manager ! My manicure is crooked and she never cleaned my nails before starting the Next Gen stuff, so they’re not only crooked but there is polished in dirt. Ugghhhhh.
Their man doing the pedi had no clue what he was doing. Asked for an American polish. He put a Pink, like really pink base color and the white lines are crooked. He was staring off into space while he was working.
And to top this experience up off, the man’s son was sitting in a chair right behind the manager sound asleep with his mouth open and snoring !!
This experience was so bad, I have to warn others. DO NOT GO HERE.

Avoid this place! The woman doing my gel manicure was face timing while doing my nails and they came out all crooked. The pedicure was not even good. The place was empty, there was no music playing, and the workers were so unfriendly. Even when I walked in it was so awkward– no conversation at all. Will never ever ever come here again– I was too scared to even get a wax. I don’t even think this place deserves 1 star.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am giving it 1 star because I have to but this place deserves 0 stars. My pedicure was horrible the man really hurt me. I swear it was probably his first pedicure he’s ever done. I asked for someone else to do my nails and the woman who did my nails was equally horrible. They definitely found people on the street and employed them at this establishment. Take this is as a warning.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and get my eyelashes done. They couldn’t do the we lashes and told me to go home. And they like messed up my eyebrows I have to go home and fill them in because they took almost everything off! Never go here! Service is horrible

Worst mani/​pedi of my life. There was a fuzz on my nail, and I asked the woman to re-​do it and she refused. They also tried to charge me $ 10 extra as I needed a 3^rd coat of polish because it was a light color, and I have short nails so she had to go back with remover to clean it up. I would NEVER suggest this salon to anyone.

I went here on my Birthday ¹⁄₁₈ and was so disgusted with the service. I had a Pedi/​Mani. I got a pedicure and she was cleaning my feet with callus remover and once she cleaned off my feet with the trimmer, she put it back in her drawer to use on another customer. Then she took me over to her station for a manicure and there was a towel from previous clients and had nail clippings ect all over the towel. The tech never changed it out for a fresh one. I also found 2 cuts on my feet once I got home and now infected. I will never return there! Beware of nastiness.
