Very knowledgable and professional staff. A little difficult to locate on the property and noise from other guests can be heard in the treatment rooms, but overall a wonderful, cozy atmosphere.

Chetola Resort has done a good job with their spa. I enjoyed a 60 minute massage and was very impressed with Jackquelyn. The price was right, the environment was good although I could hear the people in the next room chatting during my massage. The facility was comfortable and clean. We were able to use the pool and hot tub which is in the same building as the spa.
