excellent customer service!!! Excellent employees that really know what they are doing. Tuffy saved my car and me. They got me approved for one of their many options of payment and I was able to stay on budget. I am disabled and on a very fixed income. They treated me like family. They have a wonderful waiting area very comfy. Offering coffee or bottled water. The restroom is attractive and very clean. Every detail was explained in depth with me I love Tuffy

Super friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced! I am a student at IWU and just needed a alignment :) They did an inspection with my vehicle and wanted my permission to proceed with the alignment. I was notified an hour and half later that it was finished. When I came and picked it up :) I got a complimentary keychain and a carnation on my dash board! No expected but such a sweet gesture, love it.

Tuffy Tire and Auto Service Center and is absolutely amazing. Now to be honest, I don’t want to write this review because I know more people will want to go after hearing good things and I don’t want to lose the convenience I have with setting up appointments, but oh well– the truth needs to be out there!!!
TUFFY AUTO SERVICE CENTER is the best and here’s why:
1.) They have the best customer service
2.) They will let you know what options you have
3.) They complete everything in a timely manner and are VERY HONEST with you.
Any time I’ve gone in there you feel welcome and it is your ‘friendly neighborhood service center’. They also offer you a lift if you need one. Plus, K-​cups in the very spacious and tidy waiting area if you decide to stay! Love Tuffy!

My husband and I were dreading bringing the car into the shop but knew something needed to be done. We stopped by after work and dropped the car off. Were planning on waiting to be picked up, but the owner went above and beyond and dropped us off on his way home.
They are very efficient and honest. Made sure we understood exactly what needed to be fixed. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I’ve been here a few times since meeting the new owner Brandon and am thoroughly impressed! You can’t ask for better service and they have earned my trust. I wouldn’t go anywhere else — once you meet the owner you’ll understand why!

The guys at Tuffy’s (Jason and Mike) were very professional. They got me in the same day. And were very reasonable priced! Being a girl was expecting them to tell me more was wrong, l do know a lot about cars. But, they fixed what was needed in a timely matter and gave me a loner car at no charge. Just to put back the gas I used. I was very pleased to give them my business. And I will keep them in mind and refer them to anyone that may need thier services. A job well done!

Best customer service and prices in the area! Everyone is always really friendly and whenever I get an oil change or any other kind of service done there, it’s always done in a timely manner and they are really good about explaining everything and not pushing you to get certain, unnecessary things done like at other automotive places. Usually waiting for your vehicle to be serviced is a miserable experience but not at Tuffys. They have tv on, offer bottled water, coffee and magazines while you wait. I will definitely keep coming back here for all of my vehicle needs!

Best customer service in the area and tire prices are very competitive with other brands. Service and price was so good, I bought one set of tires for my truck and then went back in two weeks and put a set on my wifes truck. Everyone is Happy-​Happy-​Happy

On the road from Grand Rapids, MI, and knew I had a headlight out. Turns out I had a flood light out too. Called from the road, they said bring it in. Got in pretty quick, spent HALF of what I expected, which is always great (never seems to happen). Clean bathrooms, complimentary bottled water and coffee. Thanks guys for taking care of me.

Knowledge and great prices, these guys have both! Plus they publish coupons all over the place!
So the oil change and tire rotation that would have cost me about $ 45 dollars over at the Mazda dealership only cost me $ 20 here!
AND there’s a keurig coffee machine in the waiting area… yes!
They found that my Mazda’s stem valves had severe corrosion and suggested I go to Mazda to see if they would be replaced under warranty (which Mazda would not do even though my car is only 3 years old… but that is for another review)
I liked that Tuffy didn’t try to make the sell to have me have this replaced with them right away.
They told me straight up what they’d found and suggested I go where I could get the best deal on the repair. They even took me to my car to show me the parts!
Best yet, I get back into my car and find a pink carnation sitting on the dashboard.
Who says oil changes and car service has to be an expensive and miserable experience? It certainly isn’t at this Tuffy!

These guys rock…, they diagnose the engine light code for you free and don’t press you to get it repaired there.
Told about things wrong and which needed immediate attention and which could be pended.
Pretty Honest folks (esp. Jason)

Well. My muffler fell off and I was pretty desperate. I sort of randomly decided to go to Tuffy to get my repairs done. Everyone I delt with was nice and courteous and they were able to fit me in the next day for the repair. The mechanic told me that he had shopped around for the best deal for the muffler which was the only reason why he couldn’t get me in for the same day. I only gave 4 stars because (after talking to some people) I suspect that I may have paid a lot more than I should have ($ 358 for a new muffler?). I know nothing

I initially went to Tuffy’s because I found a coupon on
for an oil change and tire rotation for $ 20. I had to call to make an appointment — don’t just expect to show up. They spent some time looking over my car and suggested I get my transmission fluid changed in the near future. I decided to go back to them to have this done a few weeks later and they found another repair that needed to be made. Were they jerking me around? It’s impossible for me to say because I don’t know jack about cars. The repair seemed very plausible and I gave the green light to fix it. They seem like good people so I’m trusting them until I have reason not to.
Also, they have soda, water, and coffee in their lobby so that you can have a complimentary drink while waiting for your car.
