Alan and Tiffany are the best! I have never received the «care» that they provide and quality is not found anywhere in the Twin cities other than Nail Art!
I will continue to go every two weeks and will refer everyone I can! :)

A TRUE HIDDEN GEM.
A coworker told me about this place as I was searching frantically for a decent nail salon that is open late (past 6pm) on a Saturday. Her #1 tip: make an appointment. Best advice she could have given me!
My friend and I arrived for our appointment and Tiffany was immediately ready for me. I got a basic gel manicure. It took her about 15 minutes to do from start to finish but my nails look as if she spent hours on them meticulously making sure my OCD self was happy with how they looked. My friend got a full set with gel polish and it only took about 20 minutes from start to finish for her. Best part? My gel manicure was only $ 20. Yes, you read that right. $ 20. My friends full set was only $ 25.
MAKE AN APPOINTMENT if you plan to check this place out. Walk-in’s tend to wait a while since its just Tiffany doing the manicures and her husband doing the pedicures.
Overall, an amazing place and I will be back!

Zero stars is more accurate. Just like the other reviewers said they cancelled my appointment 2 hours before I was scheduled to arrive. Said they had to go buy nail supplies on a Sunday night. Cancelled my 5:30pm appointment but offered me a 7pm the same night. The story didn’t add up. Very unprofessional. The guy on the phone hung up on me and then sent me a text saying my appointment was cancelled.

I love this salon! I drive out of my way 40 minutes to get here because I know that the services I receive will be well worth it. Tiffany and Alan are the greatest and have always been polite and attentive. I have brought many friends here with me and they have loved it too! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nail Art.

The best nail salon in town. I can’t compare anyone to Tiffany awesome work. When I’m unable to get my nails done by Tiffany I have to get it done elsewhere. It’s never the same as how Tiffany does nails. I highly recommend Nail Art. Very personable service you will return. Great job. I’m glad I have a great place to get my nails done.

Under new ownership. I haven’t been here under the prior ownership so I can’t compare, but I do like the service that the new ownership offers.
I originally found this location as part of a living social special. The owners are a married couple that manage their clients so that each receives undivided attention, as if in a spa. They had a pedicure special that included gel polish, a hollywood pedicure and a massage for under $ 30. The customer service that I experienced while here was superior. My awesome pedicure was performed by the husband, but he appears to do this on the side. His wife, Tiffany, is the one that usually performs the service. Even though she didn’t perform my pedicure, we had a good conversation and I could tell that she really cares about the health of her customers nails. She provided me sound advice.
While the décor does not appear to be spa-​like, the spa vibe is created by not being overcrowded and not having televisions blasting like other nail salons. I was also offered a beverage while being serviced. If it was alcoholic, I would have accepted it…
Its hard for me to imagine anyone going here and not enjoying the service and prices provided. I will be returning soon for a full set of nails, as I have found their prices to be the best.

Do not buy a groupon here or use this salon! I bought a groupon before I read the reviews. I hoped I would have a good experience. First off, good luck getting a time together if you and a girlfriend want to go. Very limited hours where they will accept two people. And it seems groupons can only be done at limited times during day. The woman on the phone gave me a time of 1030 Sunday. My girlfriend called back to try to reschedule after she realized she had a conflict and the woman said they would not reschedule. They confirmed 1030 Sunday. I’m sitting on the curb at 1050, shop is closed up. Not good consumer service. I left them a voicemail saying exactly that. Will update if I can ever get into this salon.
Update. Owner called back and said I had the wrong date. I came a week early. But she never specified a date, she only said Sunday 10:30 over and over. She told me because I was so rude, she was canceling my appointment. As I tried to say I’ve already paid for the groupon, she Hung up.
I contacted groupon and they said they had problems with this business and were refunding anyone who bought a groupon. Steer clear, bad bad customer service!

Traveling for business and we needed some R&R after a long week at the factory and we made an appt for a pedi! They were both so kind and friendly and we really enjoyed our relaxation! The pedicures were wonderful and they took their time and really gave us a lovely spa pedi experience complete with hot stone massage! Too bad we don’t live here, as we would come back all the time! Based on the positive reviews of the quality of nail care, I purchased a Groupon. Unfortunately, they make it very difficult to redeem. I had called a handful of times and left a message on their voicemail, never receiving a call back. Twice, I had a scheduled appointment time and arrived at the salon, only to find it was closed. My Groupon was near the expiration date and the soonest opening they had was after the date, but they went ahead and scheduled it. Upon arrival, they immediately asked to see my voucher. The man and woman spoke in non-​English and then informed me they would not honor it. I explained the hassle and circumstances listed above, but they did not care. The man was actually very rude. The Groupon seems like a good deal, but save yourself the frustration and wasted time and go somewhere else. Additionally, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

I highly recommend nail art. Not only are they friendly and professional, but they do a fabulous job every time! My nails stay perfect for weeks. The couple that owns nail art is so wonderful. I feel at home every time I’m there. I live around the block, but would drive across the cities to have my nails done by nail art.

It is owned by new owners now (a married couple) that speak fluent English and love to engage in conversation and are so caring and sweet. They do an amazing job and actually care to know your name and go above and beyond.
Went here for the first time for a groupon, and was very amazed and loved my time there. They gave me an hour appointment at 8pm (they are open till 11pm 7 days a week) and will always make time for you!

I have been going to this salon for a couple of months. I found them when I purchased a Groupon for a pedicure. Before I booked an appointment to use my Groupon, I emailed them requesting an appointment for a manicure. Wanted to check out the place first.
This is a small salon run by a married couple Tiffany and Alan. To all of the people who do not get their phone call answered, please note that they are busy with clients and will not stop what they are doing to answer the phone… leave a message, but don’t expect a return call immediately. Be patient and be clear… that’s why I emailed. They responded after hours to my email.
As many of the people stated, they offer some of the best customer service I’ve seen in this industry. Also, just as a side note, they signed up with Groupon to sell 100 Groupons. Groupon sold 600 even though they called several times requesting Groupon stop! Please try to understand that 2 people cannot possibly handle that number of clients, on top of the fact that they receive next to nothing from Groupon for these certificates. So besides the fact that there are not enough hours in the day to handle 600 pedicure clients, this is a money loser for a couple trying to make a living in this highly competitive industry.
So in conclusion, if you are looking for great manicures/​pedicures at very very reasonsble prices (without a Groupon) call or emai for an appointment, and be flexible the first time. Then book again before you leave.

Absolutely love this place. Wonderful customer service and seriously the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Make sure you get the hot stone pedi — it’s unheard of! Also got a gel manicure. Two thumbs up! Allan and Tiffany are wonderful and I can’t wait to be back with family and friends.

Fabulous experience! Used my Groupon for a mani, pedi, and massage and it was well worth it. I almost felt bad it was so cheap. The couple is incredibly hard working and skilled at what they do. It’s very small and intimate so just relaxing music and good conversation, no people running in and out or on their phones which is hard to find! I will be back many times and wish this couple a lot of success!

Just the facts:
This is a smaller salon. You will not get a different person each time you go here. You will get the same highly skilled professional manicurist. I have very weak nails and under Tiffany’s care they are now healthy and strong. Other places give me the revolving manicurist who dremels my nails down to a wafer. So it’s small. I have never had an issue getting in, and I have frequently called and got in within half an hour. They are very accommodating to their customers. Which gets me to the Groupon reviews. Again, this is a small salon. They agreed with Groupon to sell a certain number of services and Groupon sold five times as many. Not their fault. So perhaps this isn’t the salon for people who want to pay six dollars for a gel manicure and expect to get in at their whim. If you want high quality service and great prices then give this gem of a salon a try. Oh, one opinion, these two people set the standard for customer service. I have repeatedly seem them accommodate not so polite customers, coming in on holidays, or reducing their already very reasonable prices. They not only do good work, they are good people.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Horrible customer service, especially if you are a Groupon customer. I was treated horribly. I scheduled my appt that morning, during the conversation I was asked if I was a new customer and I replied yes. After the technician began the pedicure I pulled up the groupon and gave it to her to redeem and she flipped out. She said that I should have told her I had a groupon and that she does not do them. She already hit the «redeem» button on my phone, because I said to her that I wasn’t asked and I didn’t know but I would go somewhere else. She proceeded to chew me out and because she had redeemed it she said that it would cause to many problems. So she just reprimanded me the entire time and then when she could not find the matching color in gel to my toes that she had already painted she said I must pick another color. There were not any other colors close to the color she had already put on my toes. She really got angry and told me to leave if I didn’t want another color. The entire experience felt like I was in the twilight zone, I really did not know what to do. I would not go to this place. Oh I forgot to mention she called the police on my and I waited for them to arrive, because I was really confused on what I had actually done wrong. The police just laughed and told me to make sure I do a review on this place! The long and the short of it, she was upset it was a groupon and she really showed me and told me how upset she was. My appt was at 12pm and she had my pedicure completed by 12:15pm. I have NEVER had a 15 minute pedicure!!! So that right there should tell you the quality of the work or lack there of…

I’m in town for work and found a Groupon for here. I tried to call because it said I needed an appointment. I called and a woman answered and then immediately it disconnected. I called back and it went to their voicemail saying that they couldn’t answer and I needed to text a different number so I did. I waited all day and never received a reply so I decided to walk a mile to the place and on my way I called again. The owner answered and said that they weren’t there and I needed to call back in an hour to get an appointment. at 4 p.m. in the afternoon they weren’t even there because they were at lunch. I asked about the Groupon on a Monday they don’t accept Groupons so he said I couldn’t even come in and use it anyhow. he said there are only certain days I can use it.
I don’t know if they actually do a good job because I never ended up going but good luck getting ahold of them or getting an appointment or using a Groupon if you bought one.
