Licensed in Minnesota in 1987, he began with a real estate company specializing in foreclosures. Through most of the 1990s he enjoyed new construction sales where he helped customers find suitable home sites and plan the construction of their new homes. During the boom years he expanded into the existing home and investment property market.

History

Established in 1980.

I earned my first real estate license at age 19 in Northern Wisconsin. By 1987 Jeff wanted to experience a high volume and headed for the Twin Cities. From there he has been involved with foreclosures when foreclosures weren’t cool, then excelled with New Construction for 7 years. Since 1998 he has been involved with existing home sales as well as investment properties. At one time with Eagle Realty he managed an inventory of 23 listings along with multiple buyers at any given time.
