Do not go there. save your money and time. horrible service and ppl working there. The mess up the order and they do not even care or apologize for the mistakes.

I went last night and they were out of Blueberry donuts. But the employee taking my order was very sorry and pleaded with me to return the next day. He even told me he would set a few aside for me if I said I would come back. I loved the service. I did return today as I said but I came back in the morning since that is when I was told the donuts are made fresh. I got three blueberry donuts and my craving was satisfied.

I love this place. Not sure how much more i can say. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. They accept credit cards. The staff is friendly and professional and always have a smile to share. The coffee is always fresh and ready to go. The service is prompt with very minimal order errors… this coming from someone who always has some changes to her special requests. :)

I frequent this DD location and as a die hard Dunkin fanatic who used to be a Starbucks barista(no kidding), I can’t get enough of this location. Dunkin is like any coffee shop, the coffee and baked items are only as good as the people who work there and the level of effort they put into customer service. This location beats out any other DD I’ve tried. Workers are always happy to see me whether I tip or not, I can always count on a fast moving drive-thru and a smile when I get to the window. Can’t speak to the donuts here, but the bagels I’ve had were well toasted and just the right amount of cream cheese. Other locations I’ve been to and even bagel shops have burned my bagel or stuffed it so full of cream cheese that I end up wearing more cheese than I’m eating. I wish the cards had lined up for this location to be closer to the road so more people could see it, but getting there isn’t hard or out of the way. You can access it right off Square Lake west of Woodward, or off of Woodward north of Square Lake. See? Not hard at all. If you’re a fan of DD coffee or bagels I highly recommend this place. If you’re still stuck on that insanely bitter, citrus tasting Starbucks coffee, knock yourself out and prepare for a lighter wallet too. In my former Barista opinion, DD is far smoother than Starbucks(or McD’s) and goes great with cream/sugar or just plain black.

After work went in to try out this is a new Dunkin Donuts near my location. I got a basic frosted donut and left. Sadly my donut was stale. The crust was like thick paper and the insides were dry and brittle. The frosting still has some moisture to it so at least it didn’t crumble off. I understand being a new store they most likely don’t have a high turnover on their donuts but this tasted like it was sitting there all day. There location, in a parking lot, has not been helpful to other coffee shops and restaurants in the past 10 years. If DD want’s to make a profit they should be able to provide a decent product to the customers that do visit them. I’ll give them one more chance. If they fail again I’m going back to the Tim Hortons.
