CRUST Hand-Crafted Pizza + Wine operates an upscale restaurant featuring Neapolitan, thin crust pizzas in a cool environment consisting of an open kitchen and dining room with natural wood elements, and a cool mix of lounge, ambient and relaxed electronic music. Really good pizza, really fun atmosphere, really smart service. We use only the finest ingredients in the preparation of our pizza, ciabatta sandwiches and salads. Real Prosciutto di Parma from Italy, from Wisconsin we get fresh Fior de Latte Mozzarella from Grande. Dried Turkish Apricots for our signature Crust salad, Molinari sausages from San Francisco, Maytag Bleu Cheese from California, crushed San Marzano tomatoes for our fresh and oven-roasted pizza sauces and only fresh hand-torn basil.
