So picked up my clothes and definitely trust the reviews. Almost every piece that I dropped off to be cleaned had an «I’m Sorry» tag on it explaining that they couldn’t get certain spots out. Sad because I was really hoping to have a good review and to go against the odds. This place seems to be convenient for most, that has tone the reason why they get business. The quality of work is not good. There is a new a new cleaners opening up across the street in the complex with the UPS store.

This place is the worst dry cleaners I’ve ever seen. The money you «save» by the low prices you’ll make up because you’ll go somewhere else to get your clothes cleaned or run it multiple times. I left about 5 dress shirts to be cleaned with these guys and it literally looked like they stashed my clothes somewhere, waited 3 days and gave it back to me. Not a single item was cleaned, all stains were present and the collars all dirty. Pathetic to call this place a dry cleaner. I’m not someone to complain and like to give people the benefit, but this was the biggest waste of money. Save your time and clothes, go somewhere else.

Worst dry cleaner in the tri county area! I’ve been coming here for years, but this WILL BE THE LAST TIME. They’ve messed up expensive clothing a couple of times, but today takes the cake. I arrive at the dry cleaners at 9:00 sharp on a Saturday. Oscar takes my order, then tells me that I can’t pick up until Monday. This place is completely unprofessional. In by 9, out by 5 is a joke. Last visit here… save yourself the heartache. Saving a few pennies is SO not worth it.

Gone her for about a year now, nothing but great service and my dry cleaning always comes out looking nice. I would recommend to any one.

Been coming here for a few years now. Pretty good cleaners and the location is great. They always keep the time for the pickup.

Would give zero if possible. Note it is 9:03am as i post this review. I am not dropping my clothes off but rather taking them to bob whites cleaners because they refused to honor the pickup by 5pm time when I came in right at 9. The counter help took 3 minutes to wait and me. I spoke with the manager and he said «sorry, the computers shut down at 9 so we can’t get your order back by today!» What BS! I suppose the next lie he could tell me is this is because the computer is the one washing the clothes.
My husband and I have complained about the quality here for years but the price has kept us taking everyday clothes that are practically clean and just need pressing. Take your clothes, especially anything you want to keep looking new, somewhere else!

Still no imorovement. After 3 years since I tried this place last on a trip to Detroit it is still the basement of dry cleaners in the area. I thought they might improve but sad to say no luck.

i have been coming here a few years. I have brought a lot of different items to include formal dresses, wool coats, suits and silk. It all has come back clean, pressed and no smell. The one price model makes the cost predictable so there is no at the counter surprise on the bill. They always have enough counter help and the turn around time is 1 day. They do have an on site tailor which is nice if you dont sew.

Great Place! Taking my dry cleaning here for over 4 years!

I brought in a new pair of white pants that had never been washed and they came back grey. They insisted in trying to fix it instead of paying for the damage. 4 months and 7 washes and lots of new stains later they refused to do anything for their mistakes and only made it worse. The owner was so rude, and said they cannot just reimburse or items they damage. How can a business ruin something you bring in and not only refuse to address the matter, but be rude in the process. You could tell the employees were mortified how the boss handled the situation. They also never answer their phones so don’t attempt to call.
In the last two weeks they raised their prices from $ 2.29 to $ 2.99 and are running a promotion for a free piece of dry cleaning if you leave a positive review. Seems like a good idea, raise your prices and then attempt to compensate people for writing positive reviews.
This might be a good place to go for cheaper dry cleaning but I would only bring something that you do not care if they ruin.

Shirts come back with dirty collars and manager refuses to make right.

Save your money. This place actually gave me my shirts back in worse condition (wrinkled, new stains). Because it was right next to my place, I gave it a few chances. They didn’t always mess up, but they never did a good job. Won’t be going back.

I guess you get what you pay for. I used to go here when a friend of mine was the manager, but it never was really good. I moved back to the area recently and started going there again because it is hard to find a good dry cleaner so I figured I would support it since it’s kind of a known chain. The service was never great, but recently I received poor service. I got one of my custom shirts returned to me with black marks in the pocket area. I told them about it and they said they would clean it again. I got it back a few days later and the same stain was there. Keep in mind this stain was not there when I dropped it off. They said they would dry clean it this time. The third time I got it back the stain was still there. This time I asked for the manager, he told me that there was nothing he could do but clean it again (a third time). He told me I shouldn’t put pens in my pocket (I don’t). His name is Mark. He also told me not to patronize him and call him a lier. He then insinuated that I was lying. Nice. I guess they have too much money because they are not getting mine.
