The Institute of Facial Surgery was established in the early 1990’s and was the first accredited outpatient surgery center in the Bismarck area.

In 2008, the Institute of Facial Surgery moved from it’s previous location on Sixth Street, near Medcenter One Hospital, to a state of the art 5000 square foot facility located in the Professional Building on the corner of Tyler Parkway and Century, in Bismarck.

The facility is a fully accredited outpatient surgery center, credentialed by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).

Dr. Stanley grew up in the mountainous area of Trail, British Columbia, Canada. He spent his time focusing on hockey and baseball, when not in school. In 1990, after graduation, he followed his brother, a family practice physician, and his sister, a lawyer, to the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver.
