Eyes On Parkway

I got my glasses, scratch resistant and antiglare, two and a half months ago. First, the prescription was wrong. The salesman assured me that I simply had to adjust to them. I returned two weeks later, got re-​examined and, low and behold, the prescription was incorrect. I then received new lenses, and although the prescription was correct, one of the lenses had a divot in its center. I then received a third lens. It crazed within two weeks. I received a forth lens and now, two weeks later, it has major scratches in the coating. On top of that, almost all of the screws have fallen out of the frame. I’ve been wearing glasses with and without coatings since 1986 and have never had trouble. Sure, I’ve scratched a lens, but not after two weeks– more like wear and tear after 5 years. Fortunately, they are letting me return the glasses for a full refund. Because of this, I am giving them 2 stars.
