Peabody Parking Structure

The way this structure works is that the first two hours are free, then every hour after that is $ 1 and you never can exceed $ 5. For Birmingham, that is a pretty great deal!!!
Usually there are long crazy lines to leave the parking structure on the weekends because they are right next to theaters. Sometimes even on the weekdays they are insane to get out of.
The workers are fast at helping people figure out how to pay for their parking before they drive up to leave, since it is easier to pay cash before you get to the car rather than pay with your card when you get to the beams.
The only thing that I have a problem with, is that if you are in the structure past 9, it should be free. It is free to park on the streets after 9. I understand that if you park in the structure at 4 that you should pay for your time before 9. But, if the street is free at that time, why isn’t the structure. Maybe you should look into that.
