History
Established in 1984.
Art & Frame Station of Birmingham was started in 1984 and has been in the same location ever since. Jill Haury purchased the store in 2005 and changed the business to a full service custom framing studio with an art gallery and home décor elements were also added. Jill has expanded the business and managed to grow the business even in the down economy. Jill and her husband Tom have won awards in regional framing competitions including the International Moulding Print Competition (three first place, two second place and a third place, including taking first, second and third places in 2008), first place in the Expert Division of Nelson’s Moulding Print Competition in 2009 and taking first place in the PPFA Great Lakes Region open competition in 2009 then taking the International PPFA Framing competition Judges Award in 2009. Jill and Tom have worked very hard to make their store a Michigan Made store specializing in Michigan Artists and local crafts.
