I was sold Defective brakes and rotors. They would not honor their warranty. I took my car back 5 times in the 1st month. AT TIME MY CAR WOULD NOT STOP AND I HAVE A SMALL CHILD. The owner was very rude and nasty and would hung up in my face when I called to asked her to fix my vehicle and to do the work that I had paid my hard earn money on.

Had always gone to the south side store but it has closed so oh well fine this one a shot. And was I happy I did. Needed 4 tires on a car hoping to get rid of soon so did not want to go all out. Got helped right away told him the deal and fit me up with some cheap but solid tires. And best of all it was den in 20 minutes. I was shocked. Great service and great prices. His is the tire place to go to

I went to Omega tires just because it was near my work. I went the first time to get new tires, the nice man running the office helped me bc obviously I had no knowledge of tires or what I needed. He picked the best tire and best price for me and they had me in and out of there in less than an hour! I was just there today 1 month after buying new tires and a few days shy of Christmas with a piece of metal in my tire (super broke, super stressed) after I was told at Walmart that it couldn’t be fixed he said «We can fix that.» and they had me ready to go in 15 minutes! I loved my experience here and will recommend this place to everyone!

I usually go here to get my flat tires fixed but they close on Sundays. So I went to Firestone and they told me they couldn’t repair the flat tire since there was already a plug in it and wanted to sell me a new tire. Went to Omega the next day and they were able to fix my flat tire in less than 15 minutes!!! Price was super reasonable and service was great!

I arrived at 7:15 the store hours list 7:30 .They took me right away. I needed a alignment, rotation, balance. Eddie the manger was very nice, had coffee made in the customers lounge. I had been a customer at Omega on 2412 3rd Ave south, Bobby was the manager there, well he retired and referred me to green springs .When you by your tires there, they will not charge for rotation. My car was aligned right and the price reasonable. This will be my go to store.

Took my IS250 there this week with a screw in the side wall. Knew I was most likely getting two new tires (can’t rotate directional tires and like to at least keep front/​back even wear). They agreed and asked if I wanted the same tires. I said yes and the reply was «ok, give us an hour» — at 7:30 in the morning. Thought that was pretty dang impressive considering I can’t get anything done before the first round of coffee some mornings.
Only complaint was when I got my car back, the metal valve caps that came with the car had been replaced with lime green plastic valve caps (still have the metal ones on the back tires). First world problems, I know — but still.
I’ll go back, but next time I’ll take my valve caps off before I hand them the keys.

They are fast and no non-​sense but still have great deals. As mentioned in other reviews, you can get your tires rotated and balanced in less than 15 minutes. Most times it is closer to 5 minutes. I’ll never go back to one bigger, national chains.

Omega is awesome. They have always provided me with great deals and solid customer service. Miguel the mechanic knows his stuff and if questioned will walk you through the repair and problems your car has.
I had a major issue with the front end of my Volvo. With the help of Omega Tire I was able to overnight non-​oem parts that they installed. Something the Vovlo dealer would never do. Saving me $ 250 easily…
There’s nothing like pulling up to this place with no wait and having all four tires rotated (at the same time) and being back on the road in 10 minutes.
