Hands down — the best seamstress in a whole Metro Area. Very talented, hard working, professional, dedicated to a client, at reasonable prices.

Halina’s is very affordable and does a really nice job. My family has had two experiences with her, both positive. She altered my sister’s bridesmaid dress for a wedding last year and took it from unzippable to perfect. And recently, she altered my wedding dress… my dress was a smidge too small (translation, I looked like a sausage and I couldn’t breathe) and now it fits really well; they also repaired tears in the lace, replaced lost buttons, and figured out how to work the bustle… and while my friends have paid between $ 250 – 500 to alter their dresses, mine only cost $ 65!
PRO’s:
Very affordable, friendly, and competent alterations. They seem like they can handle any sort of repair and are professional and courteous. I had a million little requests for my wedding dress and they did them all. Can work on a rush if you need it.
CON’s: My dress took 3 weeks and one time, when I was supposed to come in for a fitting, she had forgotten about my dress and it wasn’t ready. But she stayed late to fix the mistake and met with me at 8 pm so that we could get it done… so I guess this isn’t really a con.
