The only reason Danny gets one star is because I can’t give him zero!
STAY AWAY! It took Danny 19 weeks to deliver a suit that I had to have entirely rebuilt. It devolved into such a situation that I felt compelled to bring another tailor INTO his shop to assess whether the suit was something the new tailor could fix. Danny was rude, unresponsive, and dismissive of my needs as a customer. How he can stay in business while delivering this level of «customer service» is beyond the scope of my imagination. I also warn you that if you use a credit card and have a similar experience, your credit card company will deny any dispute if you have another tailor alter it. We paid a cash down payment so we were stuck; we had to complete the deal or lose our $ 800 down payment. DON’T GIVE HIM CASH! Learn from my experience. It pains me to think that he received full compensation in exchange for treating me horribly and delivering a comically oversized suit. I went in looking for a medium grey suit and, after the second suit came in, ended up with one much closer to black than I wanted.
