History

Established in 2012.

We are raising the bar for the restaurant industry. The fieldhouse is upheld by fundamental philosophies based around quality, freshness, and Certified Green Restaurant operation. The implications of a Certified Green Restaurant penetrate every working aspect of our restaurant; literally from the floor to the food. We strive to minimize the length of time between the cultivation of our food product to your mouth’s enjoyment because let’s face it, fresh is where its at. Not only does that mean that we end up supporting our local growers and creating a community spirit, but also the longevity of Mother Earth.

Meet the Business Owner

Benjamin H.

Business Owner

After getting his feet wet only a few years in the kitchen, that path would lead to the Art Institute of California, Orange County where this young man would get to business, consuming information fed by the chef’s and instructors at The Art Institute.

Ai was the womb that gave birth to the swelling passion towards food that Ben was to pursue indefinitely. It gave him the fundamental knife work, essential French cooking techniques, and the ability to try new things while following some basic guidelines as they apply to the preparation of extraordinary food. Now at the ripe age of 28, Chef Benjamin Harman, has The Fieldhouse to share.
