Worst customer service of any store I’ve been to. All the employees are 16 and have no work ethic. I would rather just shop online wait for my delivery than have to visit this store again.

This is the worst Bobs I’ve been in. While the staff for the most part is very friendly the selection of shoes is the worst I’ve seen, I went in a month ago looking for a pair of sketchers they had 8 different styles and not one pair in a size 9, the sales rep said we get orders every thursday ., Went in today looking to pick up a pair of water sandals they had 6 different styles not one in a size 9 most were 10 – 13 .Same line the orders will be in on thurs, The rep said we sell out of the 9s pretty quick, I said here’s a thought why don’t you order more of that size, he looked at me and said it was’nt his problem but the stores??? I won’t go back there again …

We visited this store during this past weekend because we had coupons from a circular. We were looking to buy shoes but couldn’t find anything to our liking during this visit. However, we were able to find some good cotton and linen shirts so I purchased one. The store seemed almost empty of customers during this visit so checking out was quick.

I think Bob’s has a great selection of sports clothing and footwear. They always have coupons and they let you use more than 1 per purchase. They also have a great rewards program where they send you $ 10 off your purchase and you can use it with coupons. I used 3 coupons and rewards money on my last purchase and saved alot of money. Starting today they have 30% off your entire apparel purchase and 25% off footwear for 10 ten days!

Bob’s has kind of gone downhill. When I was in college, I used to get a lot of my clothes from the juniors section here. now when I go in, the selection has really been condensed and the shoes are all sneakers now. Now cute finds there anymore. But, they do still have my business for sports attire. Huge selection of all Boston teams from hats to shirts, pajamas, you name it it’s there.

I stopped in just to take a look because it’s been forever since I was shopping here. It looks like nothing has changed because it’s still quite sad looking inside. The atmosphere here is very drab and perhaps geared towards families with kids. Their shoes selection looked decent in the regular priced area, but the clearance section was just a bunch of cheaply sewn together Chinese imports. I even saw one pair of mismatch heels for $ 1.
