Big Bear Manor Spa Cabins

Gorgeous mountain setting! The customer service here was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Our cabin was clean and spacious, everything we needed was inside! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Big Manor place is great place to stay for 2. It is located on big bear blvd, close proximity to the village where you can walk, shop, dine… it is near the slopes where you can snowboard, ski… also conveniently near grocery markets, gas station, 7/​11, walgreens…
Cabin 10 was nice studio type cabin, came with king size bed, jacuzzi, fireplace, bathroom, small kitchenette (small fridge, sink, toaster, coffee maker). U get your own car port, front porch… Cabin smelled nice and it was clean. They have firewood for sale $ 5/​one pack in the office. One firewood lasted 4 – 5 hours. The staff is friendly, you can also get hot apple cider from the office. It was perfect for the cold weather and so delicious. I made sure to stop by every night and before I left.
Also, i wasn’t expecting housekeeping service but i noticed trash was taken out, towels/​robes were replaced when we were gone. Overall, it was a great place to stay, close to the places we wanted to check out…

Great place to stay. Within walking distance of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. Incredibly clean and quiet. We loved the hot tub! We had never been to Big Bear before — we loved it and will definitely be back!

Super cozy little cabin to stay in. Jacuzzi tub was a plus! Makes things romantic and best off all, you have the fireplace right next to it to keep you warm. Owners and workers were extremely kind and sweet always making sure we had everything we needed. This was the second time staying here and will not be that last! Plus its only about a 10 min walk from Big Bear Lake Village!

I had a really great time in this place, besides the timing was perfect for snowing season. We rented num 7 cabin because we needed a stove to cook. Unlucky not too have BBQ due to possible snowstorm. Also not every site has BBQ grills. sort of many restrictions related to possible cause of fire include candles etc. BUT you will fall in love with their indoor zacuzzi and fireplace. They replace towel and trashbag each afternoon. so romantic and great vacation.

Booked three nights over a month out during the holiday season. Room is awesome… jet tub works great, fireplace is a nice touch, kitchenette has just about everything you would see in a kitchen minus stove/​oven. Covered parking and porch with furniture. Room stays warm even in subfreezing temps, especially with a fire going. Front desk service very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The Village is also within walking distance. Suggest bringing firewood so you don’t have to pay high prices in town. The only knocks on the room — there is no tissue dispenser in the bathroom, the sheets are low quality and not soft, the kitchen sink sprays water everywhere, and there is minimal kitchenware. Still, we would definitely stay here again!

There r really bad.
I had pay 2day say for here.
So after one day they say we smoke at non smoking room. We didn’t we smoke more then 20 feet from the door. Only ash tray foot with trash at the cavin.
Reason is we don’t want throw sigarlett butt on road.
They don’t listen. just they say they belive we smoke at the room. So get out right now or they call police…
We didn’t want make bad this cristmas. That y we just leave there and get other room.
Omg. who do business like this? Do u understand this situation? They don’t have proof for we smoke insaide. Cuz we didnt. About trash? We just try make clean road. It’s reason for kick out client?
Even when we check in there. Front women say «u r check out time is Sunday 11am. R u want check out little ealy???» We say «no» she say «oh.ok. if u want ealy check out let me know plz.» what the fxxx.
Who ask about it? I guess they did double booking that y make this hepen. Even they didn’t refund for 1day. I think if u want go here. Think about this situation is nomal.

I proposed to my fiancée (girlfriend at the time) during our stay here. We had such a wonderful time and the jacuzzi was big enough for both of us and room for movement lol we plan on visiting here soon!!!

Big Bear Manor is awesome! My boyfriend and I wanted a quick weekend getaway and I found this place online. It seemed pretty nice so I booked a weekend stay there. I am so happy I did! It was so much better than I ever imagined. The room was clean, quiet, and bigger than expected. The spa and wood burning fireplace made it even better. The location was also great since it was in walking distance to the village but still off of the main street to maintain a little seclusion.
Brandon was extremely accommodating and made us feel more than welcome. We used the free DVD and popcorn amenity which was a great way to relax in front of the fireplace after a long day exploring Big Bear. We used the kitchenette which was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, toaster, etc. The hot homemade apple cider in the office was inviting upon our arrival at night when it was a little chillier than expected.
We had such a wonderful experience that we will for sure be back and we won’t need to look any further because we found our Big Bear cabin getaway!

My husband and I booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We stayed 2 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed in Cabin 10 with our dog and our cabin was lovely! Very clean, jacuzzi, fireplace, comfortable bed, and a kitchenette area. It was actually a lot more spacious than I expected it to be. If you love the cabin atmosphere this is definitely the right place to go! Being originally from the south, we miss our family’s cabin back in Georgia. Big Bear Manor Cabins definitely gave us a little taste of home.
We will definitely be visiting big bear again, and we will absolutely stay here again.

Love this place! My husband and I came this weekend for a short trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We actually found them in a Big Bear Magazine for activities.
The owner was super nice! (And his dog!) ;)
We bought some wood for our fireplace! Very romantic with a Spa too! Unsure why people are saying they didn’t have a restroom. Ours did! Including a small kitchen area with paper towels and dishes if needed. Great and cozy! Highly recommend this place! My husband and I plan to spend our mini getaways here again!

Cute little cabins in a very convenient location. Far enough off the main streets that its peaceful and close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants in the village. Very kind staff and free movies and popcorn! Just got back from a lovely weekend with my sister and we would both recommend this place and would definitely book here again. Thanks for a great weekend!
